I think I have BII. I want to know what options give the best results. I currently have 385cc sientra implants that are 9 years old. Super happy with the size. Don't really want them removed but pretty sure that's what I need to do.

Answer: Explant with Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

This depends on your goals and expectations There are several ways of perfoming breast implant removal. The most important thing is that you have a total capsulectomy no matter whether the implants are removed en bloc all of the capsule will be removed to avoid future autoinflammatory processes. Depending on the specialist a breast implant removal can be perform through defierent tchniques. My preference is to combine breast implant removal with immediate repositioning of the mammary tissue to address projection of the upper pole and medial areas using the BRALAN Technique (Breast Reconstruction Anatomical Lift Augmentation) since the results will be adequate and have a minimal scar in the shape of an L.
