My proceedure was bilateral carpal tunnel release. Working with Dr. Cousins and his staff has been a lovely experience from making appointments to end results.
Dr. Cousins has great manners and a very plesant person . He explained my proceedure well and told me what I can and can't expect which I appreciated.
My proceedure went very well , I'm happy with the results. The office staff are also very plesant to work with, whether making appointments or talking at the window or when being attended to in the room.

Dr. Cousins is BEYOND amazing!!! From the very first consultation up to now, he has been extremely helpful and resourceful. I started seeing him for implants after discovering fibroadenomas in both my breasts that needed to be removed. To avoid any deformity he recommended the perfect type of implant as well as the perfect size. His entire staff is wonderful. They were always on top of making me feel welcomed as well as getting me in and out. The doctor himself is very attentive when it comes to his patients and their concerns. Never have I had a doctor like him. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I had BOTOX in my forehead and around my eyes to correct the crows' feet. Dr. Cousins explained the procedure completely beforehand and was very gentle and thorough. I am completely satisfied with the results and return. I certainly recommend and encourage anyone to go see Dr. Cousins for BOTOX or any other procedures as he listens carefully, takes his time and answers any and all questions.

I had a dysport treatment with Dr. Cousins. He was amazing. He asked me my concerns and what areas bothered me the most. 3 weeks post treatment and my results are just as I had imagined. He was also very gentle as my previous experience I had left with pain in the injection site and a headache. Highly recommend this Dr.

Dr. Cousins has been doing my Botox and Dysport for several years now. I began visiting him for injections when I was 33 and due to his advice and maintenance of my face and aging process I still get carded when I purchase alcohol!!! He does an incredible job. He knows exactly what I need and how much in order to get the best possible outcome. He NEVER tries to up sell or add on procedures. He even convinced me to switch products to save me on cost. He always schedules a follow up appointment and makes any changes free of charge. At my last visit, I made the decision to try Juvaderm. I have never looked better! I am a female sales professional in my mid 30s. I need to keep my face looking fresh, young, and rested as I am face to face with doctors, office staff, and hospital staff every day. Also, I live in Miami where I have to be at the top of my game at all times. I get Botox as a way to keep my face looking younger and rejuvenated with minimal pain, downtime, and upkeep. As a Caucasian female who grew up on Florida beaches really worshipping the sun, I have been doing Botox for years and am happy with the great results that I get. Thankfully, the only downside if there is one, is a little redness at the injection sites for 1 hour or less; this quickly goes away and I can go about my day working.

I am very pleased with Dr. Cousins' care. After all the concerns a woman can have behind her cancer procedure, Dr. Cousins provided me with a gentle yet thorough manner, all of the necessary information I needed to make a decision about my breast reconstruction. He took all the time that was needed before and after the procedure, to make sure I felt confident throughout the whole process after such a difficult and painful surgery as is a double mastectomy.

Have had deep etched lines between my eyebrows. Doctor Cousins removed the line with dysport in a gentle yet thorough manner. After two weeks I returned for touchup. Staff was friendly and the doctor saw me on time. I whole recommend Doctor Cousins for anyone wanting to eliminate lines with dysport.
