When can I lift a 30lbs wheelchair after breast explant and lift?

My husband is in a wheelchair. I lift his chair in and out of the car everyday for us to go places. I'd say it weighs a minimum of 30 lbs. How long after surgery will I be able to lift his chair?

Please ask your surgeon this question, but I would say about 3 weeks before you can do that much lifting daily. You might consider a travel wheelchair since they are much lifter and easier to get in and out of the chair.
