Can I get my implants removed if I have BRCA2? (Photo)

Versatile731105
I am 48 had an anchor lift and 330cc implants placed about 20 yrs ago. Since then my mother got ovarian cancer and I found out I had brca 2 and had my ovaries removed about 8 yrs ago. My breast grew about 3 cup sizes like a triple D now. My last surveillance I had a spot that was biopsies and I saw a PS who says I need to have mastectomy w expanders and lose my nipples. That seems so aggressive. If I didn’t have brca a explant and lift could happen.
