I’m 29F , had a neck liposuction procedure March 1st 2023 , my results are worse than before the procedure. My surgeon did 4/5 steroid injections to help with the lumpiness. I had my last appointment December 6th and he told me my results are good and won’t get better and does not recommend a lift. He said he recommends RF micro needling to tighten the skin but after a lot of research and before and after photos I don’t think I would get the desired look I’m looking for.
