First of all, there is ptosis, although it is difficult to understand from the photographs. Examination is necessary to understand the amount of upper lid function. Canthoplasty( fox eyes Surgery ) and fat grafting are required along with upper lid blepharoplasty.

You do have a slightly lower upper eyelid position that could be due to genetics or it could be a sign of underlying eyelid ptosis. Eyelid ptosis can be due to a couple different things but usually it is related to the eyelid muscles that help lift the eyelids. It would take a focused exam in the office to truly identify the cause and the best solution. For the hollowness the best solution with be fat grafting to the area along the orbital rim to provide a more youthful look.

I would recommend fat grafting to the face, filling the hollowness on your upper eyes. Fat grafting is an amazing, long lasting procedure that can naturally fill those areas. If you still experience some excess skin, a conservative upper bleph could do you wonders as well.

A temporal brow lift can also lift the lateral canthus and correct a negative canthal tilt and slight lid lag.

We can see on your photograph even at 13 years, that you have congenital under eye grooves. And you have scleral show. That means you can see the white of your eye above your lower eyelid. This can be a tricky problem. Understanding the relationship between the eyebrow, upper eyelid position, and skin and fat is critical. From your 13-year-old photo, it appears that you have developed progressive ptosis and volume loss. Eyelid elevation and filler placement to the eyebrow would created more youthful eyelid complex.
