Had saline implants for 6 years.I'm pretty sure one of my implants is bottoming out. It's lower and nipple looks larger. Both implants are drifting more towards armpit. They definitely feel smaller and less full these days. When I flex they do this weird thing shown in picture. Past few weeks I have actually been in pain, my breasts feel on fire and hurts to lay on stomach.Since they need fixed, thought this may be perfect time to switch to gummy ones.
Answer: Breast implant revision Thanks for your question and I hope all is well. I'm also sorry to hear about your trouble switch your implants. It's a little difficult to tell from the photos exactly what's going on. I do believe however, gummy bear/silicone implants would be great for the issues that you are describing. The best thing to do is see a plastic surgery breast expert who can lead you through the process and address your concerns. Best wishes.

Answer: Breast pain Based on the picture that you have shown i don't know that you have bottomed out. Granted your breast sit little low but the nipple and breast mound appear to be in harmony with each other. You do have some asymmetry but a lift may be what you need. With respect to the pain hard to tell from picture. An actual office visit would be needed to discuss the various causes and to determine what might be going on. Good luck.

Answer: Can bottoming out cause pain and what can be done to fix my breasts? I am sorry to hear about the problems you are experiencing. Online consultants will not be able to help you with specific diagnosis when it comes to determining the cause of your pain. Having said that, bottoming out (and other types of breast implant malpositions) can definitely be associated with discomfort. Patients most often report that they have pain in the areas where the breast implant is displacing. For example, if the patient has a bottoming out problem, the discomfort is often located along the lower breast poles; the discomfort is often alleviated when the patient's support the lower breast whole area with their hands or supportive bra. Capsulorraphy surgery is effective when it comes to correcting bottoming out and/or lateral breast implant displacement ( "drifting towards armpit") that you describe. My best advice: seek consultation with well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons. Accurate diagnosis will be important when it comes to determining a good surgical plan. Best wishes.

Answer: I don't think so Botting out is not your main diagnosis, the fact one implant is eccentric from the nipple does not entail bottoming out condition. You have animation deformity, better muscle release or, way better, subfascial plane placement may help to terminate this problem.Yes, strongly recommended anatomical shaped cohesive gel filled and macrotextured 5th (latest) generation implants.

Answer: Implant issue You seem to have an animation issue with the implants. As for the pain, etc... you would have to be seen in person to be properly evaluated.
