Question

Hi I did my breasts on June 2015, my Dr told me he will do fat transfer again but I got pregnant after one year and now give birth a month ago , I am breastfeeding but feel that my breast is saggy, i sent pictures of my breast now and how they looked before , will they go back to their previous look after I stop breastfeeding or they may need a lift or only fat transfer. My breasts also look saggy when bent now as also seen on picture. What to do to keep them in shape till I finish breastfeeding.

The best thing you can do at this point is simply support them.  There is a very good chance after you are done breast feeding that a breast lift will be necessary to lift the breasts back onto the implant.  You may want to consider this when done with kids, however.  The breasts do not typically snap back to their pre-pregnancy look on their own.

With the fluctuation in size from being pregnant and breastfeeding, it is very common and normal for your breasts to change and not return to what they were before. I would suggest you enjoy breastfeeding and when you are done, see your plastic surgeon about what options you have! Best of luck! Dr. Kim

Wow-- so the thing to do, when all the anatomy is changing is WAIT a bit-- and see where you end up-- I am guessing you will want bigger implants since your skin stretched out and makes you feel empty and saggy. Good luck and Breast Wishes!

You will need to wait about 6 months after breast feeding to see what your final look will be. Some women never go back to their original size and shape. You do show some sagging in your before photo. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon 6 months after you stop breast feeding and discuss all your concerns and your options.
