Breasts with implants looks saggy after breastfeeding. (photos)

Hi I did my breasts on June 2015, my Dr told me he will do fat transfer again but I got pregnant after one year and now give birth a month ago , I am breastfeeding but feel that my breast is saggy, i sent pictures of my breast now and how they looked before , will they go back to their previous look after I stop breastfeeding or they may need a lift or only fat transfer. My breasts also look saggy when bent now as also seen on picture. What to do to keep them in shape till I finish breastfeeding.
