Can I get 600cc implants?

You can always get larger implants. Some pocket manipulation will likely be needed. Higher profile implants typically fit better and optimal size would depend upon your exam and measurements.An exam and consultation with a/your plastic surgeon is recommended to discuss your options and expectations.

Usually the answer is yes, but you need to be seen in person and your breast size and skin quality needs to be assessed. Make an appointment to be seen and evaluated. 

Increasing implant size may be possible but you should take into account the range of potential complications which could result. So long as the skin has stretched sufficiently and a larger implant pocket can be created, you should be able to increase the size.

Changing to a larger implant really depends upon you anatomy. Putting very larger breast implants in may cause an increase in complications.

Thank you for the question.  You will physically be able to go up to 600mL if you have had 400mL implants in for a bit, and you will certainly be able to find a plastic surgeon that will do it.  I would just make sure that you explain as best you can the goals and aesthetics that you are looking to achieve.  It is possible that to achieve the look you want you may be better served with a lift, or a change in the profile of the implant, or just an exchange to a larger size.  Also, they will likely counsel you that going to larger sized implants does carry the risk overwhelming your skin with potential for earlier drooping of your breasts as well as implant bottoming out or malposition.  Hope that helps, and good luck!

I'm sure it would be possible.  Weather or not it would be a good idea is another question.  You could return to your original surgeon or see another qualified plastic surgeon for a consultation and see if they think they can give you the look you want.

You will find that online consultants will not be able to provide you with specific advice in regards to selection of specific breast implant size/profile.  Ultimately, careful selection of plastic surgeon and careful communication of your goals (in my practice I prefer the use of goal pictures, direct examination/communication in front of a full-length mirror, and computer imaging) will be critical. 
Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering revisionary breast augmentation surgery (regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is:
1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you are looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work.
2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. 
In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful.  For example, I have found that the use of words such as “natural” or "D or DD cup” or "up a cup size" etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful.
Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate.
3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals. Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery ( after the use of temporary intraoperative sizers). Viewing the patient's chest wall in the upright and supine positions, with temporary sizes in place, help select the best breast implant size/profile for the specific patient.
