I have been having some discomfort in one of my breasts for a while now. Saw a ps that told me he thinks the original pocket was made to small causing the tightness of the implants. I am 8 months post op. Is this something that is possible?

You can always get larger implants. Some pocket manipulation will likely be needed. Higher profile implants typically fit better and optimal size would depend upon your exam and measurements. An exam and consultation with a/your plastic surgeon is recommended to discuss your options and expectations.
Best to seek a few in person opinions from ONLY 'private practice' boarded PSs in South Florida. My guess is exchange with open capsulotomy/ectomy (plus MUST drain!). Decrease in size by 50 to 75 cc's only. Read Dr B
