I went to three different plastic surgeons in the St. Louis area for a breast lift consultation. Dr. Prada was my last stop. Since I am not native to this area, I did not realize that one of my consultations was also in practice with Dr. Prada.

From the moment Dr. Prada walked in the room and we discussed what I was looking for, I knew that he was the right surgeon for me. He listened to what I had to say, he answered all of my questions, he told me what to expect, and what his approach would be, & it was a great fit.

As someone who was born and raised in Miami Florida. I have seen just about every procedure there is to see growing up. I wasn’t looking for perfection, by any means. I was simply looking for someone who would listen to my wants and then give me real expectations and tell me what I needed and that’s what Dr. Prada did.

After my surgery, I had some questions and called the after hours line and was expecting a call back from a nurse or the on-call surgeon. But instead, Dr. Prada called me himself, on a weekend. Thats a hard to find these days. Someone who is willing to be there for their patients needs before, during and after surgery and he does just that.

I had many questions for Dr. Prada‘s nurse throughout this whole process, and she always answered me quickly and thoroughly and was NEVER not available.

From the welcome staff, to the billing office, to the nurses, to Dr. Prada and his beautiful wife (that actually works there and walked me back for one of my visits); This office is a 10 out of 10. My procedure went off without a hitch and I am so glad I did my research and picked the perfect surgeon for me.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the work Dr. Prada has done on me (Breast Augmentation, mini tummy tuck to fix my c section incision scar/shelf and liposuction of the abdomen, hips, inner and outer thighs and inside of the knees). He is seriously incredible!!! My results are beyond perfect and he is so precise that the scarring is minimal. He didn’t one time pressure me into any procedures I wasn’t inquiring about, he let me tell him what I wanted or disliked and made suggestions then let me make my decision from there; no guilt, no pressure - such a fun and seamless experience all around. I 100% recommend him if you’re considering any cosmetic procedures, you won’t be disappointed.

Attached is a picture taken five weeks post- op from mini tummy tuck and liposuction. I still have some swelling from liposuction but I am already SOOOOO pleased! I 1000% recommend you take the plunge if you’re unhappy with how you look and considering Dr. Prada for any cosmetic procedures. I seriously couldn’t be happier!

I was nervous about having a breast augmentation and liposuction but Dr Prada was very good at going through the procedures with me. I love my post-surgery self.

Breast Augmentation- 560 and 605 cc; lipo in arms, stomach and hips.

At first I was hesitant to stage my two surgeries but Dr. Prada was very realistic about achieving the results I was looking for and what was needed to get there, and also keeping those results long term. I had a breast lift first and 4 months later, augmentation. I could not be more pleased with my results! They are perfect!!

I am so glad I went big!!

Where do I begin? Prior to finding Dr. Prada I had multiple prior breast augmentations, a major infection that required me to be rushed to Kansas City in the middle of a storm for emergency explant surgery that left me with two distant cousins as breasts. All of my confidence and feminism was gone.

Then I found Dr. Prada and had my first consultation to try to fix me. And when I tell you I have never met a plastic surgeon like Dr. Prada before, I mean it. There are a ton of great plastic surgeons, but Dr. Prada isn't just a great plastic surgeon, he is a great man. He is sincere, genuine, professional, honest, funny, and truly caring. Put simply, he is amazing. And even through all my difficult demands and wishes (probably the German in me), he never told me anything other than the honest truth, even if I didn't like to hear it. His work speaks for itself, but his character and care for his patients and his work is second to none. From a Sunday zoom call to answer a few of my million questions, to an unexpected breast lift without implants to the finished product of 560cc memory gel implants that are no longer distant cousins, but twins! Finally after 2 years of hell, I have my confidence back and couldn't be more thankful for Dr. Prada and his AMAZING staff who helped me through it all.

2 days post op from my tummy tuck with Dr. Prada. Feeling good, took a shower and took all the extra padding off! Pictures below! Timmy tuck took place on 22 Feb 2023!! I'm 5'11" and pretty fit but had twins after a singleton, so my skin was very stretched after two pregnancies / 3 kids.

I know people read these posts and are skeptical. People should do their own research on their surgeon, view the before and afters. Watch the videos of the procedures of your interest. I was one of these people. I went to the five top plastic surgeons in St. Louis, for consultations some more than once. I spent 4,000 in consultation fees just doing my research. No lie. Being in the medical field myself, I’ve seen alot of mishaps. I wanted the best I could get in St. Louis, Mo. 

I don’t know if anyone will read my post but I can tell you that I am so over joyed. I am so glad that I made the Rt choice. I had a breast augmentation, butt lift and tummy tuck. It’s only been one week post op, for me. My breasts and tummy tuck look fabulous, I am amazed with what Dr Prada had to work with that, he made them look so unbelievably Great! Oh yeah and my buttocks looks superb. I will hit the gym and be working my gluteus, to build this muscle, & enhance it. 

I don’t know if Dr Prada realizes how fabulous he is at his profession. Hes down to earth, non judgemental and didn’t make me feel dumb when asking questions and he’s very kind. I also want to say that his office staff is very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Thank you all so much. Sorry I wrote a book but I’m in shock really about how I look now and so is my family.

Dr Prada and his entire staff were so easy to work with and delivered everything I could have asked and more. They made me so comfortable and Dr Prada gave very knowledgeable advice without trying to push me into anything I didn’t want. I am so confident with my body now and my self esteem is probably the best it’s ever been!
