Is a breast lift with auto augmentation a good option for me?Will it make a noticeable difference? How bad will the scars be?

Thank you for your question and photo. Breast lift with auto-augmentation is a good option for you. You do have low lying breast footplates with the volume sitting in the lower poles. You would do best with a Ribeiro inferior pedicle flap auto-augmentation which is transferred superiorly under the superior breast tissue and fixed to the muscle fascia. No breast tissue is removed, only excess skin. This will also raise the inframammary fold and give you significantly more projection and superior fullness  than just a fold under superior flap. Thank you for the question. It all depends on your goals. A breast lift (with or without auto-augmentation) will result in tighter breasts, nipples in higher position, but the breasts will definitely be smaller. If on the other hand you desire more upper pole fullness and cleavage, you should consider an implant.

You are an excellent candidate for a breast lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

Based on the images, there is loss of upper pole volume and lower pole fullness, commonly seen after weight loss or pregnancy.
A breast lift with auto-augmentation can be a very good option in this situation. This technique repositions your own breast tissue to restore upper pole fullness and improve shape without the use of implants, and it typically produces a noticeable improvement in contour and projection.
Regarding scars, the pattern depends on the degree of skin excess and the surgical technique required. In most cases, this involves a vertical or short-T (lollipop or anchor) scar. While scars are permanent, they generally fade significantly over time and are usually well tolerated when proper surgical technique and postoperative care are followed.
