Volume loss - Lift or Implant? Opinion on Preserve method with Motiva? (Photos)

Dear Doctors I lost volume post lactation and weight loss. I do not mind mild sagging . Could I do with little implant only or would I benefit better from the lift? If lift then would a vertifcal scar be necessary? If implant - could I use the new Preserve method? What do you think of this method? thank you for all the recommendations.

You are an excellent candidate for a breast lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate the breast higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired.

Thank you for your question and photos. Based on these photos, you do have sagging breasts, even though the nipple/areolar complex is not that low. If you just add implants, you will end up with a "rock in the sock" deformity with an empty upper pole. You have significant sagging of the lower poles of the breasts, and you will need a breast lift or mastopexy. You will need a vertical scar and possibly a short scar in the breast fold. If you like your current breast volume, a lift is enough. If you want to add more volume, especially in the superior poles a small implant can be placed in conjunction with a lift.
