Can I reverse the BBL with exercising at home and not putting on the girdle so tight?

Lots of questions. When did you have a BBL?
I take it the results are too big or are you trying not to lose what you have?
Exercising will burn fat which can come from anywhere in the body. Including from the buttocks.
After a month or more, the garment is not necessary. If the buttocks is still too big, then you may always liposuction it.

You cannot change your own fat distribution.

If you’re not happy with the BBL outcome then you should follow up with your provider and discuss a revision procedure.

Hi and welcome to our forum!Exercise is not recommended in the early postoperative period due to the risk of bleeding. The purpose of a compression garment is to prevent bleeding and control swelling. Each plastic surgeon has developed his / her individual protocol for postoperative BBL care. I suggest you follow your plastic surgeon's instructions to achieve an optimal result. Best wishes...
