I recommend you waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour. I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).

Hello @khalitahmg thank you for your question and showing your pictures. From my experience of 21 years, the best way to go is combining treatments. Liposuction alone won't get rid of loose skin and diastasis in the abdominal area. Besides each procedure serves a different purpose, a tummy tuck is a surgical procedure that removes excess skin and fat from the middle and lower abdomen and strengthens the abdominal muscles, in which there is abdominal lipolysis, abdominal diastasis repair, skin removal with umbilical reconstruction depending on each case. On the other hand liposculture we take out fat from all parts of the body to make it more harmonious. So if you just have lipo without the Tummy tuck you are not going to like the results because the skin and the abdomen would look kind of weird. You would benefit from a revision BBL with a lateral thigh tuck and lower body lift. I view the torso as a single anatomic unit and try to treat the entire torso when doing liposuction or not treated at all. This should include the under arm and entire back in order to leave people with an even natural fat distribution. Your surgeon did not to do this.

To get a normal fat distribution do you need to have a Liposuction of your under arm and back.

Fat transfer is limited and its ability to shape the buttocks. Using fat transfer on the buttocks is not like working with clay.

The flat spot in the back lower part of your buttocks is due to connective tissue that will not allow further projection. Adding fat well make the surrounding areas project and the flat spot look worse.

Experienced surgeons should point this out during consultations and both know and explain what is possible and what is not possible with the procedure.

Always rely on thorough in person consultations and have multiple consultations to choose the most experienced and talented provider.

Adding more fat more likely make your situation worse.

I suggest having consultations until you find a plastic surgeon who seems to know what they’re doing.

Hello and thanks for your question. A tummy tuck or liposuction would help the tummy area, and you would need liposuction (not tummy tuck) for the back fat. If you wanted your buttocks redone, you can get the fat from your back/stomach transferred to your buttock during a revision BBL. Please see a board-certified physician for your consultation.
