WIll building my glutes before make my butt hard or affect elasticity when I get a BBL?

building your gluts is a great way to enhance your buttock region and I recommend to all of my BBL patients. It not only ads volume to the buttocks but lifts the buttocks in a more anatomic position. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Certain aspects of the buttocks or hips may not be improved as much if the tissues do not allow for much stretch or cannot accommodate the fat that is transferred. In these cases, the final result will be limited by the skin envelope. This is an issue that cannot be completely controlled by the surgeon.

Building your glutes will give you the best results is also great for your health. The gluteal fat transfer is performed with the excess of adipose tissue extracted from different areas (Liposculpture). Building your glute muscles will allow for maximum projection and give more dramatic results. Additionally, by continuing to grow your gluteal muscles, more fat will be available to reshape your buttocks and give you profound results.

Today the majority of plastic surgeons graft fat above the gluteus muscles when doing a BBL.

The procedure simply adds fat to the already present subcutaneous fat layer above the gluteus muscles.
