I am 47 and has lost a lot of the fullness in my face? Are there any doctors in MA that specialize in the procedure?

Our patients love facial fat transfer for lasting restoration of volume loss. Once that fat is integrated into your facial tissues, it will live there indefinitely. This is one of the main differences to injectable fillers. The procedure is office based. Recovery for full face fat grafting is about a good week.
