I was in for laser removal. I got to work with Stephanie, and she was very gentle, pleasant, and professional. I've had other laser removal treatments with different lasers, and by far this is the most painless of them all.

Three days out, had one syringe of Belotero under my eyes and one syringe of voluma in your cheeks. No bruising! Michelle had put one syringe of Belotero two weeks ago and I felt like I just needed more. She suggested I see the doc in order to go closer inside the orbital area. It looks amazing! Couldn’t be happier with my results! Highly recommend Dr. Dayan’s office! They know their stuff, take their time with you and educate you on all of your options. I had my coolsculpting with Selika Borst at Dr. Dayan's office in Chicago. What a difference a month makes. The experience was totally great. I would come in for an afternoon treatment and I was able to work during the treatment. Afterwards, I would return back to the office and finish my day. The results are immediate and get better over time. My love handles are gone...and the beer belly that was making my shirts a little snug are no more. Already I am getting questions about whether I've been on a diet...which I totally love. I highly recommend it. For me, it was a wise investment with very little effort!

Mucinex contains guaifenesin which is an expectorant that can help thin mucus for easier clearance of the mucus such as when you cough or swallow (it decreases the stickiness and viscosity of phlegm). Alternatively, you may also take an allergy tablet/pill, such as loratadine (Claritin) to help reduce secretions and some nasal symptoms. Benadryl (or diphenhydramine) is an antihistamine as well but it can cause drowsiness.
