I had an upper bleph three weeks ago (22 days out). I experienced significant swelling in my tear duct area (especially on the right side) My right eye now appears to have webbing on the inner corner. I was given antibiotic drops but haven’t seen any improvement in two weeks.I also appear to have webbing forming in both eyes but more so on the right (which also looks smaller). Is it possible my plastic surgeon injured my tear duct by cutting too far in? Will I need an eventual revision?
