Do I have medial canthal webbing 3 weeks post upper bleph? (Photos)

Give it time. Some massage of scar will help to resolve it sooner. But it will flatten down with time. 

Hi Katherine, Greetings from the UK. It's difficult to comment whether you've got inner canthal webbing or not without pre op pics or photos of your left for comparison. I can see what you mean though in that you may be developing a faint inner canthal 'bowstring' web which sometimes can occur due to linear contracture along the incision. If you're worried then I'd advise you talk to your surgeon earlier than later voicing your concerns- Aggressive early treatment e.g. with silicone gel and hard massage sometimes with steroid treatment can work wonders. Best Wishes and good luckDavid

Although it appears that you have subtle webbing, this appearance may be quite different after complete healing. At this point after surgery, it is normal to have thickening and redness of the incision line. Time and gentle massage toward the nose might accelerate your improvement, but ask your surgeon first. This type of webbing is likely to continue to improve with time. The incision line is well above the tear drainage system - injury is very unlikely. Keep your followup appointments for 6 months out and then you will know if you will want or need revision. Best wishes.
