Ectropian, or depression or eversion of the lower lid,is a potential complication of lower eye lid surgery. Fortunately, it is usually mild and responds to conservative measures such as taping and massage, until the swelling in the lower lid resolves. Patients with poor lower eyelid tone or elasticity, and with less prominent cheek bones are at increased risk for this. if this risk is noted preoperatively, a canthopexy, or lid suspension can be done to prevent the problem. This is also the surgery used to correct it. While steroid injections can help with the swelling and soften the scar, excessive steroid can weaken the tissue and make the problem worse. At this point, surgical correction at the appropriate time is probably the best course.

Doubt another steroid injection is going to help significantly. Need in person exam. It may require revision lower eyelid ectropion surgery.

You are too early post op to do revision surgery or any type of surgical manipulation as this will certainly complicates the situation. Although you want this problem to go away soon, the best way is to allow the healing process to take its course with some help from you and your surgeon which you are doing right now.
