I think I got a less gap between my nose and lips? (Photos)

Question

i find the upper part of my lips little swollen or maybe its more towards the nose.dont know how to fix it to get a better lips.also would like to do something to my nose so it looks sharp.please advise which procedure should I opt for?

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. You have very full and symmetrical lips and would not recommend any treatment unless you desire them to be smaller where a reduction procedure can be done.  As for your nose I would recommend a formal rhinoplasty with tip refinement to attain your goals.  Hope this helps.

Yes, your nose could be improved with rhinoplasty with tip refinement, which would give permanent improvements. When you meet with a facial plastic surgeon, he or she will consider your nose in balance with your other features. You can bring some photos of noses that you think would be flattering to your face and these can be discussed. I hope this helps.

anudas.  Your lips are somewhat large, conservative lip reduction may be a consideration if it bothers you.  Rhinoplasty with nasal tip refinement is also an option.  If you opt for just the rhinoplasty, your lips may appear even larger.  Be sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to help navigate your decision.

I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) along with Botox can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose and lift the tip. Surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. See an expert.
