Due to being a 10+ year lip picker (I have no lipstick on in that pic, it's just picking, it doesn't hurt just a constant habit I can't get out of), I have tried so many times to stop but can't, so thought I would try a hydration filler to maybe trick my brain not to pick it due to something in there. So far it's working & this is the best my lips have looked.

Answer: Yes, bruising is normal after lip augmentation.
It's difficult to tell from your photo. Usually red spots can be easily improved with lasers (VBeam, Excel V). I recommend getting a consultation. I hope this helps!
