I want a tiny areola and a lifted look. Like the last I photo attached. When I pinch the circumference of my areola smaller I like the look, and the breast looks lifted as well. Is an areola reduction all I would need to achieve this affect? Also would the size (30F) of my breast cause stretching because of the tension? What prevents stretching Would I need a breast lift? I'm against the breast lift because the results I've seen ruin the shape and roundness of the breast.
Answer: Lift with areolar reduction Based on your goals, I would recommend a breast lift (mastopexy) which would result in a lifted breast with a higher position and reduced size of your nipple-areola. To achieve this, you would need wise-pattern (or anchor) incisions. If you generally like the size of your breasts (ie, do you like they look in clothing in a supportive bra), then you may only need a breast lift/mastopexy (versus a reduction). For these patients, I do a tissue sparing technique, which essentially an auto-augmentation, conserving all of your breast tissue, but lifting the overall breast and bringing the nipple-areola to a higher, more aesthetic position. I typically use an absorbable mesh with this procedure to create an internal support bra and maintain the results over time. Hope this helps. Best of luck with your aesthetic journey!

Answer: Breast I would recommend an anchor-pattern style breast lift with slight volume reduction. This will help reduce the areolar and overall breast size while also contouring shape.

I properly performed mastopexy can result in a very nice shape and will help meet your expectations. There will be the standard "anchor" scar. Generally speaking, the satisfaction rate is high with these procedures. Definitely avoid a peri-areolar, donut lift or areola reduction surgery as there are problems with these procedures . . .
