I would do micro-needling for now and avoid all sun exposure for 6 months. Once the micro-needling is complete, use scar products.

It looks like you got a stellar breast augmentation, so in the big picture I think you should be happy with the outcome., the augmentation will stretch out the infamy fold just slightly so surgeons sometimes placed the incision just below the fold in order for the incision to end up on the fold and not up on the breast itself After augmentation.
I think the incision is reasonably close, and it’s generally better to have this car be slightly low than on the breast itself. The only criticism I have is that the scar could’ve been made in a more circular fashion.
At 14 months, your scar is probably fairly mature, and probably isn’t going to change too much. I do not recommend a scar revision or trying to move the placement of the scar at this point.
Overall, it looks like an excellent outcome.
