I am due to have new implants placed under the muscle. I had reduction/lift w implants last spring. Had them removed t failure (busted stitches exposed implant) DR said capsule & healing were great internally w/ little to no scaring & no infection. will this be more painful this time around? I didn’t really hurt w either sx previously. But now I’m worried

I don’t think you have true symmastia, but you’re implants are larger than the natural diameter of your breast and that volume has to go somewhere.

You did not post photos, which would have been helpful However, the lateral pockets can be tightened, and you could go down in size so that the circumference is smaller.
