Re-augmentation 6 months after explant - Will it be more painful this time?

I am due to have new implants placed under the muscle. I had reduction/lift w implants last spring. Had them removed t failure (busted stitches exposed implant) DR said capsule & healing were great internally w/ little to no scaring & no infection. will this be more painful this time around? I didn’t really hurt w either sx previously. But now I’m worried

It’s common for each surgery experience to vary, and pain levels can be subjective. Revisions or subsequent surgeries might be different from initial procedures. Factors such as the specific details of the surgery, individual pain tolerance, and the body's response to the procedure can influence the pain experienced.

Since your implants are going behind the muscle, you will have pressure and tightness and some pain, probably similar to last time.

Sub petrol augmentations can be slightly more uncomfortable during recovery. Your second procedure will probably be fairly similar to the first one.
I suggest you discuss this with your provider since they are the ones doing the procedure.
