I have heavy low eyebrows and hooded eyelids, what could correct them?

While there are procedures that can help you improve your heavy eyelids and brow area I suggest you talk to someone who can help you improve your self esteem first. It is important to understand that cosmetic surgery is not a cure all and if you have underlying profound psychological distress then it's better to address that first before turning to cosmetic surgery. It is hard to tell what you might benefit from without pictures, and a consultation.  Many people will have issues with their appearance that are often not accurate.  You may think you have a horrible nose and lids, but you may not.   While surgery of the brow, lids and nose may improve your appearance, it sounds like you also need some professional counseling to deal with both grief and self-esteem issues.

You may still be grieving.  You sound very emotional in your writing.  I would strongly recommend getting the emotional support that you may need.  I would recommend against any type of cosmetic surgical procedures until you are in a better place emotionally.  While I don't know you or the specifics of your situation, I can tell you that in general, when people are depressed, plastic surgery is not the answer and does not lead to a positive change.  Look to family, friends and mental health professionals first.
