While there are procedures that can help you improve your heavy eyelids and brow area I suggest you talk to someone who can help you improve your self esteem first. It is important to understand that cosmetic surgery is not a cure all and if you have underlying profound psychological distress then it's better to address that first before turning to cosmetic surgery. It is hard to tell what you might benefit from without pictures, and a consultation.  Many people will have issues with their appearance that are often not accurate.  You may think you have a horrible nose and lids, but you may not.   While surgery of the brow, lids and nose may improve your appearance, it sounds like you also need some professional counseling to deal with both grief and self-esteem issues.

I'm sorry your not happy with your appearance.  Surgery can improve one's appearance, but it will not correct any underlying emotional distress you may be going through.  I would consider reaching out to a counselor and close friends, who care about who you are and not how you look.  I would not recommend surgery for anyone that is going through the recent emotional passing of a loved one ,"your father," or who is struggling with self-esteem and emotional issues.  I wish you the best.

Cosmetic surgery while a great boost to the self-esteem is certainly not a cure for an emotional issue.
