I must have searched through dozens of websites and their galleries before even reaching out to any practices, just looking for a surgeon whose work was to my liking. In the end, I had made 3 consultations with 3 different Drs regarding a breast augmentation (after significant weight loss). In the end, my husband and I agreed wholeheartedly in choosing Esprit! I had such a great experience with Dr. Connall and his staff! They put me at ease immediately and walked me through all my options, made suggestions when I asked, provided 3D imaging of each option that interested me, and made sure I was getting exactly what -I- wanted! They got me a date for the procedure that was sooner that expected, and then did everything in their power to help me with my extreme stress over my first surgery when I went in on the big day! I healed beautifully, and although I'm only a few months in, we already love my new breasts! Obviously, my confidence improved dramatically as well! ;) I'm so grateful we found and went with Esprit and Dr. Connall for my procedure! (Sorry I didn't have better comparison photos on hand to share)
I had a consult with two different surgeons and chose Dr. Connall because I felt confident he knew exactly how to achieve the results I wanted for breast augmentation. The other surgeon informed me about all the different options I had (silicon, saline, round, teardrop, incision areas, sizes, etc) and said I could choose what I wanted to do. I appreciated that, but I had no idea how to get the results I wanted. I'm not a plastic surgeon! How would I know which options are going to produce the results I want? Dr. Connall approached the consult with a simple series of questions to figure out what I wanted. He considered my measurements, skin, and body type, and narrowed down how to get me from where I was to where I wanted to be. As a breast augmentation specialist, I felt like he really understood and explained what needed to be done to achieve the size and look I wanted. In my pre-op appointment, he also looked over some inspiration photos with me so I felt like I had an opportunity to explain the aesthetic I liked and didn't like, just to be sure we were on the same page about this. We were. All the staff at Esprit Cosmetics were friendly and communicated in a clear and timely manner. All my questions were answered, calls were returned quickly, follow-ups provided the support I needed. Five stars for excellent customer care. 3 months after the surgery, my breasts are exactly what I'd hoped, my scars are healing beautifully, and I'm very glad I choose Esprit Cosmetics.
After years of research, I knew that Sientra was the only implant for me. I found a surgeon who I loved, and have been so much in love with my Sientra implants so far. I chose the 107 HP in 470cc. They are super soft and feel amazing. I love being able to have the confidence in such a high quality product. Updated on 16 Apr 2024: I feel so grateful that I chose Dr. Connall as my surgeon. After years of research, I knew in my heart that he was the right person to perform my augmentation, and the moment I met him I immediately felt such a deep sense of trust and reassurance. He is incredibly knowledgeable and patient, and is a great communicator. His entire staff is wonderful to work with, and I felt so safe and calm the entire time. The procedure went perfectly, and by following his close instruction, I healed wonderfully. My results are exactly what I wanted and what we planned, and I cannot express my gratitude enough. I am recommending Dr. Connall to anyone that asks, and I truly feel that he is easily the most talented cosmetic surgeon in the Pacific Northwest. I researched for years, and I know I made the right choice. My experience and results with Esprit prove just how high quality his work is. He is an absolute artist.
Dr. Connall was such an amazing choice for this procedure! My friend who is in sales in the cosmetic industry said he is the "go to" doctor for fat transfer. I had an explant 1 year prior and was really happy with the result but my right breast had a little adhesion I wasn't super excited about. Dr. C said I didn't have enough fat on my stomach for it to be my only donor site (I wanted my stomach fat gone) and so he took most of it from my flanks (love handles) and outer thigh as well. He said if he took too much from my stomach it would be lumpy and he just wouldn't compromise the look of the donor site (He said he cares just as much about the donor site results as the breasts). He said I should retain about 1/2 of what he put in. I mostly just wanted to have a nice smooth contour of under-boob and side-boob and middle boob where I had some areas that weren't SUPER smooth, but they honestly weren't bad for the most part. The staff were wonderful (especially Cortney and the anesthesiologist Dan). Dr. C was super positive and excited for me going into surgery and the last thing I remember is him gently rubbing my forearm as I fell to sleep. Couldn't say more great things about this doctor and his office! You can see my other post of the explant details as well if you are interested. Updated on 15 Jul 2023: Everything is going well! Had my three month postop this last week and my doctor said I am about at the cup size I will be. Went from a small aid to a small C. The tummy tuck is slow going but progressing! Apparently it can take up to a year to get all of the lymphatic drainage established so I do still have swelling in my entire stomach area though it doesn’t really look like it from the picture. Overall, super happy, can’t wait for the rest of this swelling to go down though.
Hello, I had a BFT with Dr. Connall in August last year, when I consulted with him he seemed like a very kind person and experience in BFT I also chose him because of the reviews I saw here in realself. I never had normal breasts not volume not lower pole, my goal was to have a breast with shape and volume I know that with fat you cannot expect much volume or bigger change but I didn’t want implants from the beginning. Dr told me that fat transfer would be very noticeable. The day of my surgery was very good, I didn’t feel much pain, just discomfort, he took fat from my inner thights and a little from my stomach, I don’t know how many cc’s he put in, I was swollen for a few weeks evething was healing well I liked the lipo no irregularities I looked almost the same as before in my lipo areas , there are no complaints About my breasts, my right breast looked different from the left one, there is an asymmetry, the left one has more shape and the lower pole bigger Dr told me that my breasts were tight in the lower boob, maybe the left was more tight idk just my thinking. I decided to have a second round to improve the asymmetry and give them more volume. I hope everything goes well I trust Dr Connall will know what to do, I don’t regret my decision to choose them for my surgery. Updated on 15 Dec 2023: I had my round 2 in february this year, he took fat from love handles and back , I really like how he lipo that , I wanted to improve my shape and my size that was my goal, the surgery was a lot easier that the first one, less pain faster recovery, Dr Connall was so nice and had a lot of experience doing this, everybody treated me very good, since surgery I lost weigh like 5 lbs and I lost very lillte in the breasts. I am very thankful to dr Connall and his staff , I really reccomend his clinic Now I feel a lot more confident, I dont use padded bras anymore, I can fill a B cup and I am happy with that.
I knew I wanted to go back to Dr. Connall after having breast argumentation by him 17 years prior and absolutely loving the results, but what I didn’t know going back the second time would absolutely blow me away. From the early consultation with Dr. Connall and his staff to the pre-opt appointment with Dr. Connall, Alisa and Rachel to the morning of surgery with Terrell and Dan-the entire team and process was amazing! I felt so cared for, heard and confident in the days leading up to surgery. When surgery day came and I was feeling a little anxious (of course-it’s surgery) before heading in to Dr. Connall’s amazing surgical suite but the minute I arrived I was greeted by Terrel who is absolutely wonderful and all my fears completely disappeared. Prior to my procedure, I also got to spend some time with anesthesiologist Dan who was equally wonderful. I just remember my entire surgery morning I was smiling and even giggling at times. I had every possible question answered and I was treated with so much respect and dignity throughout the entire morning. Shortly before going in for surgery I was able to get to spend some time with Dr. Connall who thoroughly went over everything yet again to the point where I could almost feel he memorized my exact procedure without even having any notes or drawings on me. I trusted him so much! When it was finally time to walk only about two doors down in this beautiful building into the operating room I almost felt like I could skip in and jump on the table lol! All my fears and anxieties were completely gone because of the thorough and extensive process leading up to it. Entering the operation room (that you literally just walk two doors down to get to) I was greeted by three very familiar faces! They treated me as if I was a family member as I got up onto the operating table and I felt so comfortable as I had just spent time with each of them minutes before entering the operating room. The process was seamless, warm and comforting. It happened so fast I can barely remember anything but the feeling I had of comfort, confidence, feeling nurtured, Pampered and assurance as I went into a lovely dream about vacationing on a warm beach :-) When I woke up from surgery I was yet again greeted with a familiar face Terrell. Yay! Although the hours after surgery are a little foggy even my husband had nothing but positive and wonderful things to say about the experience. Apparently Terrell even made a little funny pun as she helped get me into the vehicle which was great since my husband and I have good sense of humor and had been joking a little with her before surgery. It was fun and super cool how she matched our energy and even connected with my husband. I remember talking to my husband later about him also not feeling nervous because he could tell I was in such great hands and when he picked me up the positive experience continued. I can’t express enough how absolutely incredible Dr. Connall and his team have been. Obviously the implant replacement and skin removal procedure was fantastic with no issues and I love my results but what I can’t stress enough is the way his patients are treated the morning of surgery and in the actual operating room and recovery room. People don’t talk about that much so I wanted to make sure this part was recognized! I would go back and I would send all of my loved ones as well !! DP
Getting my eye lift was practically stress free! Dr. Connall and I discussed all the options,, and alternatives. What was accomplished was/is beautiful! I was amazed at how quickly the bruising was gone! AND my daughter says I look about 30 years younger! Which would be my daughter’s age! So,, I am very pleased with the whole experience. When and if I need something else taken care of , I know where I’ll be going. I thank everyone at Esprit Cosmetics
My journey with Dr. Timothy Connall and his amazing and caring team started in 2019 when I was ready to kiss my breast asymmetry goodbye and start feeling great about my body. I initially was hesitant to get liposuction as I read reviews of permanent disfiguring of areas, but Dr.Connall reassured me that he has been a fat grafting veteran for decades and one of the most sought after surgeons for this specialty; His words rang true after my first procedure. I initially just had my inner thigh fat used for the more than slight asymmetry of the left breast. The surgery was a breeze for me; I did not even use any painkillers. It was so comfortable and quick, and the anesthesiologists were so accommodating and concerned for my health the entire time. Dr. Connall woke me up to see how I was, and he made me smile because I could tell he truly cared about my well-being throughout the surgery. Keep in mind that the fat that is injected into the breast does decrease after some time, that's why he uses a lot of fat so it has a higher likelihood of staying. He advised me to eat healthy fatty-rich foods and to not exercise for 4 weeks post-surgery, so I followed these rules and most of the fat stayed. I noticed my legs and breasts very bruised for about 2-3 weeks and the bruising and swelling went down completely after 2 months or so. The areas that had a cannula go through in my bikini line also healed beautifully, and to this day I cannot see any scarring. The areas under my left breast had no scarring as well. The first procedure went well, and most of the fat stayed. The second time I went in was for my knee area as there was some fat above the patella that did not look even with the rest of my leg. I had some extra money and time gifted from my husband, so he said I could get the second fat graft to my both of my breasts this time. Granted I was a 34 DD before my journey, and now the left and right cup fill-up the bra completely without space in the left. This procedure was just as comfortable as the initial one, even though it was done during 2020. It has to be noted that this procedure is for a naturally fuller look for the breast, it does not actually make them look as full as breast implants would, so please do not expect to get dramatic results from the breast size. The dramatic result may come from the areas he liposuctions because you will lose that fat and get larger/fuller breasts! It's literally a win/win especially with Dr.Connall and his team doing the procedure. In the second surgery I had, he took my flank fat and knee fat and used it in both my breasts and I was very satisfied with the overall result of my body and breasts. They looked fuller and the fat was used in the cleavage and sides of my breasts. The next year, I did go in a third time, which Dr.Connall was generous to do, to take care of my right leg, which still had some fat around the knee area that did not match the left. I would imagine for this procedure it would be difficult for him to see the unevenness of such smaller details that I saw while standing, and I was really ready to love my legs again too. Dr.Connall wanted me to be COMPLETELY 100% satisfied, which means he went above and beyond a standard plastic surgeon (that is only in the business for the money), to actually make the patient happy and feel great about their result. To this day, about 3 years later, the areas he used to lipo and the breast all look incredible. I'm not going to lie; I feel great in a bikini and naked in front of my husband so this journey was well worth the time and money. Dr.Connall takes pride in how he treats each one of his patients. You can tell he cares a lot about the result and it's not only medical science, but an art that he masters in his profession. The anesthesia team had amazing bedside manner too, and they took great care of me as well. And, all of the Espirit team have given me exceptional service here. I highly highly highly recommend Dr. Connall and Espirit for fat grafting to the breast and I am sure they perform other procedures with perfection as well. I am grateful to have had this experience and result.
I could cry writing this. I have struggled with my body image since puberty. I hid the fact I was insecure about my itty bitty boobs (32-34A). Fast forward many many years of feeling insecure and trying to accept my body for what it was. I finally came to the realization that I did not have to go without, that my dream could be my reality. That's when I started researching and booked 3 consults.Dr. Connall was my last consult. My first consult was horrible, and it honestly made me panic. My 2nd consult was great and I felt like I found a great surgeon and I told him unless Dr. Connall was somehow more wonderful than him I would be booking with him. The next day I went to Dr. Connall. I was impressed by the office and staff (omg his staff are really amazing). Then I met Dr. Connall, and I knew almost immediately I was booking with him. He felt like an uncle that was an amazing surgeon. He is so calm, knowlable, caring and experienced. I felt immediate relief and I honestly cried that night knowing I found someone that I was 1000% confident with. The whole process I felt so informed. They literally give you step by step of how everything will happen and when it came to surgery day everything went like clockwork, zero surprises.I had my surgery 4/13 I went with 415cc and I am in so happy with MY BOOBS! I can actually talk about my boobs with confidence and it feels amazing. I can't thank Dr. Connall and his staff enough for making my dreams come true!
I never write reviews, ever. But because RealSelf was so helpful for me in making my decision to go forward with breast fat transfer, I wanted to share my experience. First off I want to say Dr. Connall and his staff were SO wonderful. From consult to surgery I felt like I was in great hands. I really appreciated that he was straightforward with what our expectations would be, did not try to "sell" me on anything, and listened to my wants and needs. All the nursing staff were also phenomenal, they made the surgery day so comfortable for me. As you can see from my before photos, I had basically nipples to work with. I have always been very small chested, before children I was slightly bigger but still not able to fill an A cup. After breastfeeding 2 children, these boobs shrunk down to absolutely nothing. After doing tons of research I knew that implants were just not going to be what I wanted, I wanted a more natural look.So going in to this procedure I kept my expectations where the should be, the end goal is to not have to wear a padded bra to make it look like I have boobs anymore!Based on how small my starting size is, we decided to do 2 procedures to get the result I'm looking for. And it mostly came down to the fact that he would not be able to fit much fat in the first time around. As of now I am planning on doing a second procedure in the new year. Surgery day was pretty seamless. He was able to harvest fat from my inner thighs, and I think injected about 70cc into each side. That is all he could fit, and all my tight breast skin would handle, as we were planning on doing the inner knee too but ended up not. So once I am healed, I should have a better foundation to work with to help the second round make more of an effect. My legs are definitely sore. Sore like I did 5 very tough spin classes in a row :) My breasts are just slightly tender at this point. I am anxious to see how much fat I retain, knowing I will lose some volume. So far I am very happy I went through with this! Updated on 17 Oct 2020: Overall I'm feeling good. Thighs are pretty sore and swollen, getting up to walk helps with that. Still needing pain meds, hoping to switch to Tylenol tomorrow. Breasts are barely tender at this point. The photo in the bralette is a huge victory for me! Believe it or not, that is the most boob without padding I've ever had in my life! I'm fully aware they will shrink some, and will try not to be sad about it. Reminding myself that round 2 will make all the difference. Will update with lipo sites later. Updated on 22 Oct 2020: Had my first follow up with Dr Connall yesterday. Everything is looking good to him and healing nicely. As you can see I do have some asymmetry as I am still more swollen on the right side. My left side feels more soft and like it has dropped if you will. I can find myself feeling disappointed looking at the reduction in size since surgery, BUT I have to remember the original plan is to do 2 phases of this so we get the desired result. And when I look at the before/after side by side photo, it is obviously a huge difference! Dr is confident that now that we have a base to work with, he thinks he will be able to add 250-300cc each side next time. My lipo scars are healing nicely. But woo-wee my thighs get sore by the end of the day. And they are still pretty swollen. The compression pants help with the discomfort, and walking around helps with the soreness. Hoping the swelling subsides soon so I can see what the lipo results really look like! So far I am so happy I went this route even though it's hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Round 2 is scheduled for January! Updated on 13 Nov 2020: I can't believe it has been a month since surgery! I am feeling much more like myself, still slight numbness top of thighs and tightness of inner thighs. But I am able to do everyday life without noticing. Swelling has also gone away. As you can see, the breast asymmetry is still visible, with the left being slightly smaller. Which would worry me if I weren't already planning on going back for round 2 where it can be evened out. I am actually very pleased with the base we have achieved and am so excited to see what he can do with the second procedure. When I look back at my before pictures, I can hardly believe my breasts were SO tiny, and cannot wait for January to come to see what the end results will be. Updated on 9 Jan 2021: I cannot believe how fast 3 months went by, I had my second round of fat transfer to the breast yesterday. Once again Dr. Connall and his staff were so good to me, especially my recovery nurse Megan! This time around he took fat from my inner knees, outer thighs, and flanks. He was able to put around 280cc in the right side, and 340cc in the left side to even out the asymmetry. I am extremely happy with how they they look, and am excited to see how they look in a month or so. So far I can tell this one is going to be a lot easier of a recovery, I'm much less sore right off the bat than I was last time. So now I rest, and eat lots of good fats, and hope these babies retain as much fat as possible! Updated on 15 Jan 2021: Well I made it a week, and I'm literally in shock about the volume I have. Still fully aware they will go down in size some, but I am so happy I did this in 2 steps, and very impressed with Dr. Connall's skills. If you look back, I literally had nothing but nipples people. I can't belive I have boobs now, and they're my own fat! My flanks are pretty sore still, inner knees only slightly, and I'm only taking Tylenol for that. But I'm so happy that I'm not as swollen and uncomfortable as I was from the inner thigh lipo. I'm wearing normal yoga pants now, high waisted ones feel the best on my flanks. And I try to go braless as much as possible to avoid constriction, otherwise I have a pretty loose bralette. I have another follow up at 2.5 weeks post-op with Dr. Connell, until then I will baby these babies :) Updated on 25 Jan 2021: I had my follow up with Dr. Connell today and things are looking good! He of course cautioned me to not get too attached to their current size, as there is likely a little swelling still. But I am so happy with how things are settling! They are feeling much softer and more natural than a week ago when they were more swollen. My legs are feeling good, my knees/thighs do still swell some by the end of the day if I do a lot of standing or moving about. I was also given the go-ahead to do light exercise at the 3 week mark. So far I'm still very happy with my choice to do BFT. Not having to wear a padded bra to make it look like I have boobs of any sort has been the best feeling! Updated on 20 Mar 2021: I cannot believe it has already been 3 months, but somehow it has. Nothing major to report here. I feel like my size has been the same since about the 8 week mark, I'm measuring a full A / small B depending on the bra or time of the month. Which I am absolutely thrilled with! I put a before picture in to remind myself where I started (nothing but nipples and ribs). So all things considered, I am SO happy I chose BFT. These are the results I was shooting for! I got natural breasts that do not look like I made a huge change to my body, and I no longer have to wear a padded bra to feel more feminine! My lipo sites are healing, still get some swelling in the knees if I get hot or do more physical activity, and I'm just ever so slightly numb in that area. One knee has a slight indent only at the end of the day where lipo was done, but mostly only noticable if I'm swollen, so I'm hoping to see a more final picture of how the lipo sites heals at 6 months post op. Scars are healing and are very minimal, he placed them so nicely that you'll never see them when wearing bikini bottoms anyway. All in all I am very happy with my decision, and Dr. Connall's skills! I'll try to post at 6 months as well :)
You should discuss this with your surgeon. Breast augmentation is an elective procedure and your physical condition should be excellent before surgery. An active sinus infection is a relative contraindication for breast augmentation. So, it may be that your will need to postpone your surgery to decrease your risk of complications.Best wishes,Dr. Connall
Most patients do fine without wearing a bra after augmentation. So, you most likely can just wear what is comfortable. This is a good thing to discuss with your surgeon.Best wishes, Dr. Connall
The photos you provide are at an angle that makes them difficult to assess. Please provide photos with straight-on frontal and side views.Best wishes, Dr. Connall
The area of separation is worthy of being assessed by your plastic surgeon. Best wishes, Dr. Connall
You have many options. You need to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. One optional first step in such a case is the pre-operative deflation of your saline implants. That would allow you to see what your natural breast volume is like and allow the skin to contract a bit. After that, planning for your lift and possibly smaller implants can be done.Best wishes, Dr. Connall
