I was recommended to Mr Roy NG by a friend who had done lots of research about the procedure i was looking to have done. I went for my first and only consultation and was put so at ease by Mr Roy NG about the pro s and con s of my breast implant removal s and uplift i felt i really didn t have to go anywhere else for a second opinion . All my questions were answered and all my fears put to rest about the procedure , friendly, professional and informative and also charming to a fault ! The whole experience from start to finish went without a hitch and i was and still am over the moon with the outcome still am. Actually changed my life for the better and would recommend D Roy NG without any hesitation at all . Please read up on this man and you really will not need to look anywhere else . 11/10
After giving birth to and breastfeeding my two children, under the care of Mr (Dr) Ng I had a breast uplift, mini-tummy tuck and some liposuction of my inner thighs and outer thigh saddle bags. My children are still quite young and boisterous and I was worried about the post-surgery downtime. For this reason, I elected to have these three procedures (1) wise pattern mastopexy with implants combined with 2) liposuction to thighs and 3) mini abdominoplasty) as part of a single day's surgery with an overnight stay in hospital and discharge the following day. The healing took longer than expected but it is now 9 months after the surgery and I am very pleased with the results. What I liked about Mr Ng is he was very honest about the potential results we would achieve with my 42 year old body as well as being absolutely non-judgemental. I felt no shame discussing my body with him during the pre-surgery consultation and he set realistic expectations as to what we would achieve. Now that the swelling is gone I can see the lasting results and shopping for bras was an absolute delight. Thank you Mr Ng for your professionalism and being such a great surgeon - you really are a tailor of skin!

It's early days as I am 4 days post op but in summary: Dr Roy's and the nurses' instructions are not too strict. You can shower, move in the room etc from whenever you are ready. No pain (not even from the moment I came out of theatre. Just tight). No bruising. Able to move arms. Quick shower on op day (post op) but did not get wounds wet. On day 1 after op I had a full shower as per advice and clearance from doc. I Washed hair etc, all by myself, no issues. Same in day 2 and 3. Went for brunch and walk in day 3 and I was fine. Day 3- evening was the most severe swelling- uncomfortable! Day 4: no change yet, swelling a bit less maybe than last night. Get the occasional vibrating feeling and dull shooting pain but it all goes away quickly. So it is early for an opinion on breasts (way too swallen to have an idea of what they will look like) but as an experience: really smooth. Credit to the Doctor of course, whom I came to following a recommendation. In terms of my steps: Arnica and antibiotics as prescribed. Protein based diet from same day as op. Lots of water (could not manage much in days 0-1 but i did my best). I will update soon ofcourse.
I made a very quick decision to have these implants done. I had tried filler on 2 occasions but found it quite a traimatic ordeal and painful that I decided I needed something more permanent. I booked in for the treatment late afternoon thinking I could fit it in at the end of the day and catch the train home absolutely fine. I booked a “see and treat” so I didn’t have to travel back. (Plus I know I may not have gone back!) I was nervous during the procedure and in shock straight after. The procedure itself was quick and without pain. When I left the office well that’s when things got interesting. I covered my mouth over with a scarf but I was dribbling non stop and blood was coming out. I had not seen how I looked at this point. Cutting a lon story short it took me over 2 hours to get home and it was stressful I was in a lot of pain, all alone regretting treating it like I was popping to the hairdressers! Day 1 The day after well I looked awful. Drinking was a task, most of it fell back out my mouth, no way I could eat and I looked hideous. I had not seen anyone’s lips look as bad as mine. They were soooo big the bottom lip was splitting. Day 2 There were changes however my bottom lip just looked awful, wonky and sore. Stopped taking painkillers as no real pain just awkward and uncomfortable. Day 3 still swollen too scared to leave the house but able to eat. Regretting it all. Square jaw bruising all around face as well as lips. Day 4 - lips starting to go back to being straight in size, shed a layer of skin from the bottom lip. Still lots of bruising and looking awful still. Day 5 - thought I would have been normal by now and able to go to work but no. Still can’t soeak properly (can’t form certain words) looking hideous still and no real change from yesterday. No matter if icing or placing tea bags on lips still too big! Very depressed at this point and did leave the house but with a scarf wrapped round my face! Day 6 - woke up this morning and no change! Very frustrated. Still can’t drink from a cup, food is in small pieces to eat and I am very scared I will never look normal.. Updated on 25 Jan 2018: Well it’s a week today since I had the operation and my god it’s been traumatic. Had to talk the whole week off work because there was no way I could do my job with my lips like this. Still not got full sensation back in the lips. Still very swollen and incredibly stiff. Stitches still in too. I am pretty fed up now and regretting it all. My bum hurts so much for sitting around and then trying to sleep upright. I just hope the weekend brings dramatic improvements so that I can look less swollen when I go back to work. Updated on 26 Jan 2018: Well today has been the first day that I went out in public! Lips are stiff stingy sore (but nothing that requires any painkillers for) still swollen and slight bruising. I was very embarrassed to talk because they look obvious when I talk due to the fact I can’t pronounce some words properly. That said I have some movement now happening and I am finally feeling more positive. They look “done” some slight bruising left but nothing like the last week! The stitches are still in but only bother me when trying to eat. I am hopeful to be back at work on Monday. I can’t quite manage a smile so look mainly miserable ha ha... if the swelling drops a little more over the weekend I will be really happy. Worried that I won’t like the end result, must be patient Updated on 26 Jan 2018: Updated on 27 Jan 2018: Spent the whole day out today. Felt self conscious still because they are still swollen. However got through it. I am forming words a lot clearer, although after talking all day my lips are stinging and swollen again. The drift he’s are irritating now so hoping they dissolve very soon! So whilst I felt people were staring this could just be my paranoia. My friend said it was very different and in love with them! I am hoping I won’t get too attached to them this size or I will upset when they do reduce all swelling... Updated on 29 Jan 2018: well i braved it and went back to work. well everyone noticed my lips!!! i was very upset as i couldnt stay off work any longer but also didnt want to tell anyone. I am starting to move them better now although still stiff, stitches have not dissolved and i think the uppoer one is over to one side. its painful when i talk alot and i am forever applying vaseline but my lips just constantly feel dry!! does anyone have any advice on how to sort out the top lip implant that seems to be over to the side? i really don't want to go for revision surgery!!
Mr Roy NG is by far one of the best surgeons in the UK. He is thorough, he listens without making you feel rushed, his after care is brilliant, he makes you feel comfortable during consultations, pre and post surgery. He is very calm and makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. Truly the best!
Best plastic surgeon ever !!! Love my perma lips . He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Listened and answered every single question. Highly recommend. His office staff was friendly and took great care.
Dr Roy NG is totally amazing. I'm only 19 and was very nervous about doing this type of thing. I would trust him with my whole body. His so honest and listens to what you have to say, he made me feel so comfortable everytime I saw him. His so clever at what he does and cares what you look like after surgery. I recommend him to everyone. His changed me, I'm so much happier and confident and I couldn't thank him enough.
I have had Permalip and lip fillers with Dr Ng. I have always had issues with my small mouth, and he has been amazing in addressing this for me. He is very skilled at what he does, and has a reassuring, very professional manner. Crucially he has a great awareness of what will look right or not, and I would absolutely trust him to give the best advice. He is without doubt the top surgeon for lips in London.
Hi, I know there are already lots of reviews about lip implants. But before I have it done I actually wish I could read more about the procedure done in London and from my same doctor (dr Roy NG). I had the surgery today and overall it was a good experience. Dr Roy was amazing, very professional and clear. He explained me about everything giving me answers to question I didn't do yet! He told me about all the risks, and still let me know I can change my mind in any moment. My lips were always been very thin, so I was doing hyaluronic filler injections from 4 years, (2times X year) and I can see lots of lumps here and there on my lips, so I was looking for something permanent. I don't want anything huge or ducky or vulgar. full lips proportioned on my face ( I don't want to spend money and feel lots of pain for something not visible as well!). So... he first put some anaesthetic gel on my lips to numb a little bit for the injections. Then he did 4 anaesthetic injection per lip, the same used by dentists. Some of them were ok but the central ones were horrible! He and his assistant Belinda were lovely, delicate, careful and explained me everything they where going to do. But the procedure was awful. I can't feel any pain, only pushing or pulling, but I can hear the scissors cutting the edge of my lips and it was so impressive! I tried to watch some video on youtube before, but they were horrible and I really can't, but I was thinking about them all the time knowing I was there having this terrible procedure!! My sister was with me and she told me it was not so bad...liar! Anyway, everything was very fast, less than 20 min, then they gave me some ice to put on my lips, and 2 killerpain tablet already (and I would say thanks for that). When the anaesthetics was gone I started feeling an annoying feeling. The stronger was a twinge on my nose base connected to a twinge on my palate. But I have to be honest: I was ready for something absolutely worst. I can take killerpain any 4 hours, not less time, and every 3 1/2 hours I feel some pain coming but with some ice it's better. The bruising is coming now all around the lips and the swelling is not so much, but I think arnica and auriderm xo gel will help a lot. The most annoying thing for me is Carmex, I hate this menthol and the feeling that give on my lips, tomorrow I'll send my boyfriend to buy another lip balm, horrible! So that's it for today! Hope to be helpful for somebody! I'll keep updated. Updated on 4 Feb 2015: First day almost gone. I was actually ready for the worst, but luckily i'm ok! Sleeping tonight was awful: I use to sleep with my face down the pillow, so sleeping on my back was almost impossible. I still taking co-codamol every 4hours since today morning, and I don't know if i'm luckily strong with pain or if the timing taking the pills has been the best, but I can't feel big pain, only tight sensation and annoing movements. I don't remember I never read about brushing the teeth... which was impossible yesterday. I had to do rinses with Peroxyl (suggested by the doctor). I both a kid tooth brusher and I was happily able to use it today. By the way, Arnica and Auriderm xo gel are very very helpful. I can't wait to see the final result!! Updated on 6 Feb 2015: So..day 3 post op it's now on. I think my recovery it's going so well! The pain has been not so much, eating it's difficult but not impossible (i'm very scared to broke my stitches, but i'm trying to eat soft things as pasta, bagels, chicken slices), and they already deflated a lot. I'm actually nervous about that because it's only day 3 and the swelling has gone so much, I don't want my lip to go back at their normal shape! So much money, pain and bother for what?? I really hope they stop deflating...! Brushing my teeth it's even better now, I still using a kids tooth brush, I can't wait to use again my normal, electric one! I'm also impressed I can move my lips in many movements that I thought were impossible the firsts weeks. Of course they are stiff, especially the upper one (that's weird because 4 years of fillers have gone mainly there. I started fill the lower one only the last 2 times). I can feel like an electric sensation when I move or touch them, but I think it's absolutely normal if you think how "rough" the procedure is. Here some new pictures. Updated on 8 Feb 2015: Today I went out the first time. My lips still bruising so I had to wear on a coloured lipstick which I'm not really a lover (I definitely prefer natural coloured lips). From yesterday I feel like itch all around and I don't know why, could be too much lip balm which is working in the opposite way maybe. They still stiff and I can't really wait the stitches to be removed! Updated on 12 Feb 2015: Today I went out for the first time without the need of lipstick! My lips finally look nice and almost all the bruising is gone. I had an allergy due to the lip balm I used (which I had before as well). I would like to suggest everyone to check all the ingredients!!! Absolutely avoid everything containing petrolatum!! It's very dangerous and comes directly from petroleum to your lips!! Anyway.. allergy gone, i'm very happy! I still very scary they can still deflate, (I will consider to go for the bigger size, considering money as well), but I can now brush my teeth properly, use all kind of straws (before I can use only the small sizes),and kiss :) The upper one still stiff but should be normal. Let's see! Updated on 26 Feb 2015: Today I had my follow up visit. My stiches have been removed finally!! Everything it's fine, the doctor told me that now there are not anymore risks (such as implants that can move outside the pockets or infections). He also told me that the main quantity of filler should be gone by leaking when he created the pockets (hopefully). The upper one still a little bit stiff but in 3 months it will be 100% normal, but he also told me that it still a little bit swollen too. That's so sad for me.. the solution obviously will be the larger size of the implant. But anyway.. only time can say. That's a little update. Updated on 1 Mar 2015: I have finally found some pictures of my lips before any treatment and omg!! I didn't remember they were so so so thin and small!! Now I'm even more happy!! Updated on 7 Apr 2015: So, after 2 months I think the job is now done. From 2 weeks approx I'm able to move my lips completely! From one day to another I've been able to move the top one enough to spread the lipstick and that's very reassuring! I can still feel the implants inside and I can also move them a little bit from one side to the other if I push them. And still.. sometimes, especially when I have make up on, I'm very happy. But when I look my mouth make up free I really regret I didn't get the bigger size. I don't and didn't want anything huge and the bigger size wouldn't give that feeling but can definitely make the difference. In particular I would probably like to give them some more width.(I love Julia Roberts lips!). Here some new pictures!
From your photographs, you have Tuberous or Tubular Breast deformity. You are not "looking for trouble" in trying to get this fixed. You will need a combination of implants and uplift in both breasts, along with a reduction of the right breast to achieve symmetry.
If you would like to be a C cup again, I would say that, based on your photos, you have sufficient breast tissue to achieve that with a breast uplift alone and you will get a very nice result.
Some photographs of the puffy areas on your forehead would be helpful to evaluate the problem. Fatty lumps in the forehead are usually removed with a minor surgical procedure, not liposuction. Liposuction is not usually performed in the forehead, not least because there are important nerves and blood vessels that could be injured.
It is difficult to answer your question without a face-to-face evaluation, or at least, a photograph. However, a "square" face can sometimes be due to excess bulk (hypertrophy) of the jaw muscles (the masseter muscles). This may be just how you developed, or may be due to you grinding your teeth in your sleep, thus working the muscles hard. If this is the reason for your "square" face, then the contour of the jaw can be reduced by injecting Botox into the masseter muscles in your jaw. This is quite a straightforward and routine procedure.
Lines on the forehead can be smoothed out with botox. However, if the lines are already present at rest when you are not animating your forehead (eg. raising your eyebrows), then the botox may not eliminate the lines completely, but may still improve their appearance. Moreover, by relaxing the muscles that cause forehead lines, the botox can cause your eyebrows to drop lower. This will have to be counteracted with botox to other muscles that when relaxed, will cause the eyebrows to rise upwards.
