Answer: Surgery I would suggest going with liposuction for now to remove excess fat of your abdomen and flanks. Also, weight loss would be very helpful to get you into a much healthier weight, and no fat transfers should be done during weight loss. A weight of 285 in a women of 5'8" is not "good health."

Answer: Plus Size Tummy Tuck If you are happy with your figure and current weight, then you are good candidate for a plus size tummy tuck and breast augmentation with fat transfer. From you photos, I cannot tell if you will also need a breast lift. Best is to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon that is comfortable with performing a plus size abdominoplasty.
