What is considered an extremely high amount to pay for mommy makeover?

59 year old black female 5ft.5in 190. Good health extra skin everywhere. For a mm, bbl ,, with fat transfer , tightening and muscle repair breast lift no implant.My last consultation priced the procedure at $50k. I have not heard any Others priced at any where near there. Was that acceptable? Or over priced?

The technique I recommend for a lift is The Bellesoma Method and the cost is $13,000, a tummy tuck with mesh reinforcement would cost $10,000. Liposuction would be between $4,000-$7,000 depending on how many areas need to be treated and fat transfers would be $5,000.

Pricing is a tough one. Each surgeon based on their experience, location, knowledge, and education will have different pricing. The important question you should ask yourself is: is (s)he a board-certified plastic surgeon? How many years of experience does (s)he has? What education did they follow? Does (s)he has a lot of before and after pictures where you can see good results? Where are (s)he located?I would recommend you to search for more surgeons and compare them unless you are set with this surgeon.

It also significantly vary with area; urban areas and big cities will  have in average higher fees since cost of living is higher as well as plastic surgery practice maintenance and cost.. Depending of what you are planning to do within MMO, I am sure that you may find more favorable price. You can check with other offices to see what fees they charge. At 5'5", 190 pounds is not really "good health." Try to lose at least 30-40 pounds prior to having surgery. Also, the cost may drop as well when you are closer to a normal weight.

With that being said, your quote is on the higher side. It never hurts to go for more than one consultation. This gives you a better feel for the what different surgeons charge. Hello! This is a somewhat difficult question to answer. Pricing varies drastically depending on the area of the country you are in, how many years of experience your surgeon has, and what they include in their "Mommy Makeover." In my practice, A Mommy Makeover consists of a Tummy Tuck and Breast Surgery (Breast Augmentation, Breast Lift, Breast Reduction or a combination of these). Some people choose to add liposuction as well to a mommy makeover for additional body contouring. A Tummy Tuck is a surgery where the fat and skin from your belly button down to your pubis is removed. Any stretch marks in this region will be removed. The muscles are tightened from under your breasts down to the pubic bone. The skin is then pulled down and closed resulting in a scar from hip to hip, but low enough to hide under a two-piece bathing suit. The length of the scar varies a bit depending upon the degree of skin redundancy. The belly button is then brought up through the new skin and sewn into place.
As of today's date, 9/27/22 pricing for a Mommy Makeover in my practice is as follows:
A tummy tuck with breast implants $24,010 -$28,410 (depending on implant type)A tummy tuck with a breast lift$25,780 - $27,680.A tummy tuck with implants AND a lift$27,320 - $32,000 (depending on implant type)A tummy tuck with breast reduction$28,230 - $29,070. These ranges include surgeon’s fee, garment(s), implants (if applicable), operating room, anesthesia and all pre and post op appointments. This is a general estimate of cost.

Every market is going to be different. I'm not sure where you are located but here in Milwaukee that is about 3x what you could expect to pay as a Mommy Makeover with BBL in our area is priced in the $18K range at our practice, give or take a bit depending on specifics. At first blush $50K seems extremely high, but again I'm not familiar with your market. 
I would suggest calling a few competitors and asking them for a basic, general price point for a mommy makeover with BBL. They should be able to give you that which will help you determine whether the price you are quoted is reasonable or dramatically higher than it should be.
