I grew up with large breasts and then, after two pregnancies followed by significant weight gain and subsequently having lost 105lbs, I felt so insecure with my breasts. They were very deflated, and I had so much extra skin. Dr. Montilla has a calming bedside manner. He's patient and understanding during the consultation.I had a good feeling as soon as I met him and it was well-founded. His staff was so pleasant and professional and I really appreciated their help as well. I had a breast lift, arm lift and liposuction of the tummy. No pain at all, maybe a tylenol needed the day after as just the expected tenderness. Its only been a week and I'm very happy with the results! I wish I had this done years ago.
When i first met with Dr.Montilla i knew almost immedeately that i came to the right place. I completely trusted, without a doupt, for him to do my much needed breast reduction. I had an abdominoplasty, plication and some liposuction with Dr Montilla. He is a wonderful person with a lovely bedside manner and addressed all my concerns. I had gastric bypass about 12 years ago, and had lost a great deal of weight, but had never reached my goal weight. However I wanted to get rid of hanging skin. I had seen another doctor who had refused to do surgery on me until I reached a lower BMI, though enough time had passed that it was obvious I was not going to get much smaller. I knew this was not an ideal situation, but I still had side effects that the skin was causing. The other doctor made me feel "less, and shamed" and that I would never be able to reach this goal he had in mind for my optimal weight. So Dr Montilla attitude was very refreshing. In terms of the surgery that was done, it was perfect, my abdomen has gone from the place I hated most on my body, to a favorite. I just love it. It was painful, but the pain was controlled. I was pretty comfortable after a few days and up and moving about the day after surgery. Dr Montilla's office staff is very sweet, and has been consistent over the past year, people knew me by name, and I know their names. I had my surgery and Saint Vincents, again people there were very caring. A fantastic experience all in all, and I am so happy with the result. If I had to do it again I would in a heartbeat. I had a lipoma excised from my back, large enough that it had to be done in an operating room. The OR staff was great, very friendly, caring, and calming. Dr. Montilla did an amazing job - I had absolutely no discomfort at all - nothing was sore, tender, or itching at all in the stitched spot. The scar looks very clean and smooth too. I had a much smaller lipoma excised years ago from a different Dr. in Worcester. This experience with Dr. Montilla was incomparably better in all aspects: evaluation, planning, surgery, recovery, and outcome.
I am very much happy with the results of my breast augmentation! From my first consult to my surgery and post-op, all the staff played an important role in making sure it was successful. Kadijah (Surgical Booker) scheduled and laid out the important dates i needed to remember leading up to surgery, Sarah (Cosmetic Coordinator) explained to me the procedure and helped me pick out the right size that is proportioned to my frame and gave me practical advices that helped me go through my recovery period, Heather (M.A.) and Glorianna (P.A.) patiently answered all my questions and concerns especially during my recovery period. And ofcourse, Dr. Montilla did a great job! I healed very quickly, I am so happy and I am contemplating on doing another procedure!!:)

If you are happy with your figure and current weight, then you are good candidate for a plus size tummy tuck and breast augmentation with fat transfer. From you photos, I cannot tell if you will also need a breast lift. Best is to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon that is comfortable with performing a plus size abdominoplasty.
What you have is called Breast Ptosis. A breast lift will correct the sagging breast, but not increase its size. From your photo, it looks like a breast lift will get yo to a small B/C cup. An implant alone will not correct the ptosis. If you want more projection, a breast implant may be needed in addition to the breast lift. Fat grafting is a good option for breast augmentation to increase size, but however 50% off the fat gets absorbed back into the body. With fat transfer, weight loss will also affect the breast size. Best is to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon in person to get the most accurate assessment of your options.
The scar in your lower abdomen can be fixed with a scar release or re-excision of the scar, which can be performed under local anesthesia. A small amount of liposuction may be needed to address the puffiness above the scar. Kybella, non-invasive procedure is another option to melt some of the fat that will give you a better contour. With regards to your breasts, you need a small lift on the right to match the left breast with an augmentation with implants. Best to see a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options and how to achieve optimal results.
Having multiple elective surgeries all at once is not advisable for multiple reasons. First, the safety in long procedures decreases due to long aesthesia time. It is safe to do two procedures at a time as recommended by the American Society of Plastic Surgery . Secondly, having several procedures at the same time will cause as significant blood loss and will affect healing and post-operative recovery. Thirdly, having several procedures at the same time will cause a significant amount of pain and discomfort after surgery, which can affect proper healing and recovery.
First, consider achieving your goal weight or weight that your are happy with before considering any type of elective plastic surgery. Also, make sure you are done having children prior to any surgery. Having a high BMP increases your risk for complications and less that ideal result. Based on your height and weight, if you can loose between 30-40lbs you will then be a good candidate for a tummy tuck and breast reduction/breast lift. Best to seek consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to help you determine an optimal goal weight and expected outcome.
