Hi! I think you are a good candidate for an abdominoplasty. This will remove the excess skin in your lower abdomen, repair your muscle in the midline and some liposuction to your flanks/waist area and this will help flatten your abdomen and accentuate your waist.

Hello, thank you for your question and photos. Tummy Tuck and Liposuction would be suggested for you. You will have a flatter abdomen once the excess skin is removed. Contoured body shape will be achieved via Liposuction when the excess fat is taken out of the body. A better evaluation can be made in person. Thank you for your question! Yes, your photos suggest you are a candidate for body contouring surgery and I think you are correct with regard to the extended abdominoplasty. You will benefit liposuction as well. You have the option of using the fat removed during liposuction to augment your breasts and achieve a natural increase in volume if you so choose. Most patients benefit from rectus plication if there rectus abdominis muscles have separated. Your gluteal proportion looks excellent so gluteal fat transfer probably is not necessary.

If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight. After this has been completed, you can consider liposuction or if needed a posterior continuation.

Thank you for your question and series of photographs.  Nothing replaces an in-person examination, but I think you would most benefit from a full tummy tuck and liposuction of your back waistline.  The tummy tuck will tighten your stomach muscles, helping to achieve a flatter appearance, while removing excess skin and adipose tissue.  Liposuction can be used to enhance your tummy tuck results by narrowing your waist and removing isolated areas of diet and exercise resistant fat.  Hope that this helps

An extended tummy tuck would do well for you. Please don't try to have the butt of your black model. That is NOT NORMAL and looks bad. Liposuction of your flank areas while help emphasize your buttock shape nicely.
