I'm 7mpo from mmo. I have a giant upper abomb roll now. Not sure what it will look like after tt swelling is gone but I want less back fat all the way up and just above my butt. Answer: Secondary procedures Weight loss patients typically have skin laxity and when in doubt the correct procedures should address skin laxity more than any other component. Extending your tummy tuck to a wraparound or body lift or partial body lift is probably your best option for improving the torso. You have skin laxity on your back which is difficult to treat primarily because it leaves bad scars. Liposuction can reduce the overall size of the back and back bra roll fold but it will not tighten the skin. Thigh lifts have mixed reviews and are appropriate for some people depending on the degree of skin laxity. Talk to your plastic surgeon or have a few second opinion consultations. Calf liposuction is technically difficult and should only be done on patients who have really bad fat distribution problems that cannot be solved otherwise. recovery is difficult and provider selection is critical to not leave contour irregularities.
