Answer: Dorsal reduction with tip support will address your concerns. The dorsal bump on your nose is a combination of cartilage and bone. Both of these would need to be lowered to give you either, 1) a straight dorsum, or 2) a slightly concave dorsum, whichever is your wish. It would be prudent to add a bit of nasal tip support to maintain tip support, just above the dorsal line. Once the cartilage and bone are lowered, narrowing the nasal bones would likely be required to maintain, smooth dorsal aesthetic lines. This should be discussed with your plastic surgeon in detail. Best wishes.

Answer: Rhinoplasty evaluation Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your three photographs, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty, dorsal hump reduction, tip elevation, and tip deprojection to slightly shorten your nose. The key is to have a natural looking result. This would be much better than filler for you which would just make your nose look larger. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. Harvard-trained plastic surgeon
