As far as I can understand from your question , your nose bridge is quite wide, your bridge can be made more curved and curved and your nose tip should be lifted. For get rid of this image I recommend you rhinoplasty surgery.

The dorsal bump on your nose is a combination of cartilage and bone. Both of these would need to be lowered to give you either, 1) a straight dorsum, or 2) a slightly concave dorsum, whichever is your wish. It would be prudent to add a bit of nasal tip support to maintain tip support, just above the dorsal line. Once the cartilage and bone are lowered, narrowing the nasal bones would likely be required to maintain, smooth dorsal aesthetic lines. This should be discussed with your plastic surgeon in detail. Based on your three photographs, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty, dorsal hump reduction, tip elevation, and tip deprojection to slightly shorten your nose. The key is to have a natural looking result. This would be much better than filler for you which would just make your nose look larger. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

You are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty. The hump on the bridge needs to be lowered and the bones narrowed. Should be a straightforward rhinoplasty done either open or closed

A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish shaving down the dorsal hump, which is composed of both bone and cartilage. Osteotomies placed in the nasal bones are also required to close the open roof created from the hump removal itself. You may also need a minor tip adjustments to make sure the tip is balanced with the entire new nose in a three-dimensional fashion. Digital computer imaging would be helpful to understand what can be accomplished with the procedure. Rhinoplasty is the most difficult procedure to perform correctly in the entire field of cosmetic surgery, so choose your surgeon wisely, based on extensive experience producing natural results.

I suggest having multiple in person, consultations with plastic surgeons in your community, who seem to have extensive experience with rhinoplasty surgery.
During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures of previous patients who had similar facial characteristics to your own.
after an in person assessment you can ask each surgeon exactly what treatment they recommend and what this would entail.
Rhinoplasty surgery is not easy or straightforward and I recommend patients be highly selective when choosing providers.
