Hello, I have done rhinoplasty with rib cartilage grafting 8 months ago, the doctor removed the cartilage from the 5th rib partially. And now, after 8 months, I still can't sleep on my right side and I have pain during activity, and by contracting the right pectoral muscle, I get neuralgia and stiffness of the trapezius on the same side. What do you think is the problem?

Hello and thank you for your question! Based on the pictures and description of what your goals are, a rhinoplasty with a radix graft could provide you with a straighter and more lengthened appearance to the nose without effecting your profile aside from the "bump" you are concerned with. As...
This is very practice-dependent. I suspect most surgeons do not charge for steroid injections in the nose in the post-operative period when they performed the surgery.
Your nose is quite upturned, and, in my opinion, projects far from your face. If you are happy you don't need to do anything but I don't think swelling is the issue. I would "deproject" your nose and "derotate" for a nice appearance.
