Hello, I have done rhinoplasty with rib cartilage grafting 8 months ago, the doctor removed the cartilage from the 5th rib partially. And now, after 8 months, I still can't sleep on my right side and I have pain during activity, and by contracting the right pectoral muscle, I get neuralgia and stiffness of the trapezius on the same side. What do you think is the problem?

Hello and thank you for your question and the pictures. Addressing the shape of the nose is actually one of the most common reasons people seek out and undergo a rhinoplasty. An open septorhinoplasty can best address your nose, and is particularly effective at addressing the size, shape, and...
This is very practice-dependent. I suspect most surgeons do not charge for steroid injections in the nose in the post-operative period when they performed the surgery.
Your nose is quite upturned, and, in my opinion, projects far from your face. If you are happy you don't need to do anything but I don't think swelling is the issue. I would "deproject" your nose and "derotate" for a nice appearance.
