From your photos, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. You can have only the bump taken down if you don't want to address the tip. A rhinoplasty specialist with experience should be able to do this while making the nose look completely natural.
Hello and thank you for your question and the pictures. Addressing the shape of the nose is actually one of the most common reasons people seek out and undergo a rhinoplasty. An open septorhinoplasty can best address your nose, and is particularly effective at addressing the size, shape, and definition! Also, to properly address your nose and improve your facial balance, I would recommend nasal tip deprojection to improve the overall harmony of your different facial features. This truly a surgery of millimeters- and it requires exceptional surgical skill to achieve natural-looking results! Because your nose is the DEFINING feature of your face- I would only recommend seeing a surgeon who specializes in rhinoplasty procedures, and who has significant training and experience performing these surgeries. I actually trained under one of the world leading rhinoplasty experts (who performs 1,000+ nosejobs annually). I recommend for you to setup a formal consultation with me (or another plastic surgeon who is extremely comfortable with rhinoplasties) to thoroughly discuss your surgical goals, undergo a formal examination, evaluate your options, and develop a personalized plan just for you. I hope this helps!Dr. Donald GrovesAesthetic Plastic Surgeon
Hello and thank you for your question! Based on the pictures and description of what your goals are, a rhinoplasty with a radix graft could provide you with a straighter and more lengthened appearance to the nose without effecting your profile aside from the "bump" you are concerned with. As always, it would be best to seek an in-office consult with a plastic and reconstructive surgeon to assess what procedures and techniques would work best for your aesthetic goals. Hope this helps!
You are a great candidate for a rhinoplasty based on these photos. I would recommend seeing an American Board of Plastic Surgery certified plastic surgeon with experience in rhinoplasty.
Hi from Istanbul! Certainly, it's possible to address the bump on your nose while maintaining a natural appearance. Here are several factors we consider to ensure the results look natural:- Not reducing the nasal bridge too low.- Avoiding excessive pinching of the nasal tip and minimal reduction of nasal cartilage.- Slight rotation of the tip without overly lifting it.- Avoiding excessive nostril reduction.Make sure to check previous works of surgeons that you're researching and choose someone whose aesthetic vision aligns with yours. Hope this is helpful, best of luck!
Finally speaking, nobody wants to look like they underwent surgery after having a rhinoplasty. Based on your photos, you appear to have a wide, and long nasal appearance, along with a dorsal hump and a wide end droopy tip. The best advice is to research rhinoplasty specialists that have many years of experience and favorable before and after galleries. When you found a surgeon that produces natural results, that's a good place to start with a consultation. Wishing you well moving forward. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can understand from your question there will definitely be a change in your front profile, but your nose will be much better than it is now, for this I recommend you a rhinoplasty operation. It would be better face to face consultation.Best Regards!
Hi, the degree of change can be tailored to make the nose look natural in appearance. It is better for you to consult with a facial plastic surgeon who can examine you and discuss the surgical procedure and the post op recovery process.
You're a fitting candidate for addressing the bump on your nose without altering other features significantly. It's important to note that after the bump is removed, your nose may appear slightly wider. Your surgeon may recommend proportionately reducing the width of the bridge to maintain harmony with the rest of your nose. The most important decision for you will be choosing a surgeon who has experience with your type of skin, and nose cartilage. Review enough photos of their work, that you are satisfied in knowing that you both have the same aesthetic sense for your type of nose.Dr. B.
You are a good candidate for rhinoplasty. The most important thing is your choice of surgeon. Choose the right surgeon and youlll get a natural result
This is very practice-dependent. I suspect most surgeons do not charge for steroid injections in the nose in the post-operative period when they performed the surgery.
Your nose is quite upturned, and, in my opinion, projects far from your face. If you are happy you don't need to do anything but I don't think swelling is the issue. I would "deproject" your nose and "derotate" for a nice appearance.
Please consider re-asking your question while identifying what is bothering you about your appearance. You appear to be a handsome young man. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
