Is a Dysport touch up a full new amount of units or just some additional units added if full effect is not seen? (photo)

I would say that 100 units of Dysport for treating your eleven lines and crow's feet would be on the low-normal range.  I would normally use 60 units to each site for a total of 120 units.  When a touch up is done, normally just a smaller amount is added to obtain a better effect.

It is not that unusual to occasionally add a few more units of Dysport after a first time injection.  It only requires more units, not the entire amount used the first time.Also, the eleven lines may still be somewhat present even when there is complete paralysis of the muscles that cause the lines.  That would be from actually having creases in the skin.  Dermal fillers really help when this is the case.Have your injector look at you and decide what is best.Dr Spies

Typically, a touch up with Dysport would not be another full treatment. Given this was your first treatment with Dysport, it is likely that your injector wanted to begin conservatively and then address any further concerns you had. With Dysport, you can always go back and inject more to achieve a certain look therefore it is good to under-treat, rather than over-treat initially. usually you should see an effect by 9 days, but some people react slower. if things are not improved with in the next week you may need a little more. i always tell patients that it may take some time to 'get the perfect dose/pattern' for any particular patient  - and going back for a touch up allows the injector to see where you might need more. it should not need the full 100 units again. 
you should also have been made aware that dysport works on active lines, not on static lines - and you likely have a mixture of the two. with a good treatment you should not be able to deepen the '11s' but they will likely remain there - over time with continued treatment they will get better but this can take several treatments. a quicker way to resolve this and to improve contours may be to add a small amount of filler into the area.

Once you get injected you should wait 2 weeks to allow enough time for the product to fully take effect. If you still see a lot of movement your injector can add more units to the muscles that are still active. He or she will not add another 100 units for your follow up. It will only be small amounts added on.
