I had my reduction on 12/2/21. Dr Jandali is an artist when it comes to surgery. He has a warm, kind bedside manner. And put me to ease. His staff are amazing too. I had a “lipo breast reduction” in 2007. But I ended up having my breast grow back. I was about a 36DDD/G. I went to Dr Jandali because I knew someone who had a reduction by him. Plus I’ve been going to their office for Dysport & filler. His staff are all kind, compassionate & very professional. My surgery was smooth with no complications. I was out of surgery & home after 6hrs. My pain was bad the 2-5days. I had a nerve blocker for my surgery which helped alot with pain management. I had my drains removed at my 1week post op. Told to still sleep on my back for 8weeks. I’m blessed to have had a great surgeon. By 3months my breast look amazing. My scars are so faint. My back pain is almost non existent. I had been getting facet injections for my lower back. I don’t think I need them anymore. I’ve gone from wearing a size 12top to a size 8. I stand straighter & my posture is much better. I honestly Can’t think of anything bad about my surgery & recovery. I had a problem day 2 with my drains & Dr Jandali personally spoke with me on the phone. I had no opening, no issues whatsoever. I’m a now about a size C small D. I haven’t been measured tho. I wish I had found Dr Jandali earlier. I’m am a 63 year old women. If you are on the fence please go see Dr Jandali. He is located in Trumbull CT. His staff were so amazing helping me with my insurance, which paid for my surgery. If you are in CT this is the doctor you need to see. He is compassionate & an artist. I’m lucky to have him as my surgeon.
I would have done this years ago had a known. Such a simple procedure to help overcome some complex insecurities. Well worth it. Staff made it an overall pleasant experience. Jandali is one smart Doc.
I am truly at a loss for words for this practice. I will try to keep this short, but I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Jandali Plastic Surgery. I had a procedure done about 3 years ago here which I will write a review on at a later date, however, I have had multiple consultations for acne scarring and 2 microneedling treatments at this practice. Each phone call for scheduling, consultation, and treatment, I am continually blown away by the professionalism, patient centered care, and genuine compassion that each staff member portrays to their patients. Each receptionist (in particular, Emilee and Megan) nurse (Katie and Suzanne) PA (Jennifer), and of course Dr. Jandali, are phenomenal healthcare professionals who make me feel safe and "heard" while I am there. Of course, knowledge and results are important, which can be seen on their website with photos and additional reviews, but the comforting feeling that I get at each consultation or treatment is what makes me continue to keep going back there. I recently went for an acne scar consultation, knowing that I cannot have a procedure done during the summer months, and I was genuinely in tears because of scar embarrassment. Katie, the nurse made me feel incredibly comfortable and assured me that there were treatments options that I could choose from that would help and lead to satisfying results. As she has learned about my skin through past consultations, she discussed contraindications as well as pros for each treatment option. I am always educated on various techniques that are used in the office, and the practice is constantly staying up-to-date on new procedures. This practice is the BEST and they truly only want to see their patients happy and satisfied. I will follow up in October with my acne scar treatment!!
Dr. Jandali's team was warm, friendly, and professional. They were committed to ensuring success for my treatment (Coolsculpting). I am thrilled with my results and the care I received from Dr. Jandali's staff.
I'm a 25 year old female, no kids, 5'2 and 130 lbs. I'm a 32 A, with hopes of going to a full C. I've never wore bras that weren't push up, and even then I was never happy with how they looked. After years of wanting surgery, I finally built the courage to go ahead with it. After a couple consultations, I found a surgeon I was comfortable with, who was honest and I immediately knew, this is my guy! Updated on 19 Dec 2019: I got my surgery yesterday and it just feels super tight, sore, and painful, but the meds are definitely helping. The implants are very high up, which is normal. I can’t shower yet so still have the markings and stuff from the surgery on me. Both breasts look pretty even. Can’t wait for them to drop though! I got smooth round moderate plus profile 350 cc’s silicone implants. Updated on 22 Dec 2019: The pain and tightness have now gotten better. I am now able to get out of bed alone and the mornings have been a lot easier now! The first couple mornings were very rough, since the meds had worn off by the time I’d wake up and the pain would be really bad at that point. The area around the incision under my left breast is a little bruised, but the right doesn’t show any bruising. I also feel numbness around my left nipple and through almost half of my left breast, which made me panic yesterday when I first realized. I emailed Dr. Jandali a couple pictures of the bruising and explained the numbness which had me freaked out, since it was a Saturday and I knew the office would be closed if I were to try to call. He was super responsive and called me within an hour of the email I sent him, and calmed me down explaining it was all normal and the nerves stretching was likely causing the numbness, which should eventually go away. It made me really appreciative to see how quickly he got back to me even on a weekend! Updated on 24 Dec 2019: I had my post-op appointment today with Carrie, the PA at the office. We determined that my implants are still too high, so I will have to wear this band around my upper chest for the next week. It’s a little uncomfortable since it’s meant to help push the implants down, but I should only have to wear it for a week hopefully. She also removed the tape from the incisions which seem to be healing pretty well. Everyone at the office has made me feel so comfortable so far! Spending Christmas in some pain, but super happy with what I’ve gifted myself and my results so far, only 6 days after surgery! :) Updated on 1 Jan 2020: I think I’m finally starting to see them drop! I’m so happy with them and the size I picked. I wanted a natural look, something that fit my body and smaller frame, and I feel like this is the perfect size. It’s not super noticeable, but I’m happy to look in the mirror and know my confidence will increase tremendously. It looks like I may have some sort of rash around my incisions and they are very itchy - going to call the office tomorrow to make sure everything is fine but I’m hoping it’s no big deal and am not too concerned! Updated on 6 Jan 2020: The rash around my incisions has gone away, and they are fully healed, so I can start using the scar recovery gel I was given. My breasts still feel pretty sore and tender, but the pain is not too bad! Wanted to post some more updated pictures of my healed incisions before starting to use the scar gel, and showing how they have dropped a little more. I can also start massaging the top of them to help push the implants down, but I have been wearing a bandeau as much as I can which I feel has helped push them down more. Updated on 29 Jan 2020: My breasts are pretty much fully dropped, and most of the sensitivity is now gone. Half of my left breast is still numb, which I’m hoping will eventually go away, but there’s a possibility it may not. I finally went to get fitted for new bras, and I’m a 36DD in Victoria’s Secret size (which is completely exaggerated, I’m sure I’m a much smaller size in other bras.) I love the size of them and feel like my clothes just looks so much better. Super happy with Dr. Jandali’s work! My scars aren’t as raised anymore and are just a little dark, but they should begin disappearing with the scar gel. Updated on 1 Apr 2020: I haven’t posted in a while since I feel like my breasts didn’t change much since my 6 week post in terms of dropping and how I feel. The only change that has happened is I got horrible stretch marks! :( I have tried a couple different products but haven’t found anything that has helped. May need to look into laser in the future to try to remove them. That is the only complaint I have. Other than that, I love my new boobs! I still have numbness in most of my left one. But I’m back to normal and feeling great. Anyone have any creams or recommendations for the stretch marks?? Please let me know! Updated on 2 Apr 2020: 3 month post op video
Dr. Jandali was great and his nurse Suzanne I can’t say enough about. The whole staff is very professional and pleasant. The Dr. came in and introduced himself. Suzanne did the procedure. She was very confident, professional and pleasant. While the whole time having a great bedside manner and a sense of humor. The front desk to everyone in the office is very professional and pleasant. Now that’s something you don’t see everyday! I’m in the beauty business and standing in front of a mirror can take a hit on ones self-esteem! I can alway count on them to tell me what they think I need and not what I want. They have never steered me wrong. In my business I see good and bad work. But the key to good work is, when a client comes in ( usually every 6 to 8 weeks.) and they say “ you look great. Did you go away?) now that’s what you want! Aging is a privilege that some don’t get. But that doesn’t mean we still can’t look our best at any age! I would highly recommend Dr. Jandali and his team.
I think Dr. Jandali and his whole team starting from the front desk , to , PA 's are all wonderful . Emily and Megan answer the phone in a professional manner . Also when I arrive in the office they are always very respectful , warm and welcoming , they put you on ease from the moment you walk into the office . I have worked with Jennifer who is one of Dr. Jandalis PA almost all the time . Jennifer spends plenty of time with me I never feel rushed , Jennifer listens to all my questions and concern . I trust Dr. Jandali , Jennifer and Susanne who also is a PA . I had the pleasure in meeting Susanne right away during my procedure , also Jennifer was out the day that I called about my procedure Profound , a few days after my treatment I was very nervous because of the amount of bruising , and swelling Susanne answered the phone that day , I explained my situation and Susanne said come in right now , I can see u . Susanne really calmed me down , Susanne was very kind and and assured me that the way my face looked after profound treatment was very normal . Susanne certainly made me feel better . I 100% percent trust , Dr. Jandali , Jennifer and Susanne . Each and everyone on the team care so much about your health , well being and will do what they feel is the very best interest to the patient . Ok now I will share my experience with the Jandali team , because I truly could go on and on about Dr. Jandali and his staff , which I feel speak volume in Dr. Janaldi . Almost 6 mosths ago I had the procedure Profound for my double chin . I did not research the procedure prior to my appointment which is totally not like me . Jennifer and I spoke about the procedure , of course each patient is different with their own pain level . The office did share photos right after the procedure what some patients looked like , but to me I did not think I could possibly look that Patient did .... Well how wrong was I . I will be honest I felt the procedure to be very painful . I had so many injections , first starting with the right side of my face , I thought oh no one more side to go , but after that point you have to complete the work Jennifer would ask aften if I was ok or needed a break , I stated no I just wanted to it to be over . People have commented that my face / skin have a glow to it . I had the photos taken during my half way mark and there is a difference . Next week I go for my last set of photos . I am anxious to see the difference . I do see a slight difference , but I am super critical of myself . Also take some downtime because there was a huge amount of brusing that even went down my chest . Get a good cover stick . Hang in it does all get better , but I certainly can understand how you will be feeling . . My experience with Dr. Jandali and staff was stellar from beginning to end. No complaints!! They’re professional and your well- being is their concern. They put my mind at ease concerning my procedure and every appointment was handled professionally and courteously. I’m very happy with the results of my surgery!!
My overall experience with Dr. Jandali and his staff was nothing short of amazing. They were all professional, patient and knowledgeable. The process from beginning to end was seamless. The healing process was good. Now almost a year after my surgery, if I had to do it all over again I would without a doubt. I have no regrets.
After finding that I was BRCA positive, with a history of breast cancer in my family as well as concerning findings in my yearly screenings, I had choices to make. I chose to have a bilateral mastectomy and then reconstruction. I chose Dr. Shareef Jandali for several reasons. His excellence as a surgeon, his excellent reputaion with the doctors I work with as well as my breast surgeon being the first. But after the consultation and working with his staff getting appointments, finding out the process, just confirmed that I had made the best choice. He was kind, knowledgeable and helped walk me through what was to come, including what my options were along the way. His staff were all so conscientious. They took time to answer questions, move appointments, anything asked essentially. Their responsiveness and just general friendly and positive attitude made the a difficult experience much better. My surgery and subsequent reconstruction process went so smoothly. Dr. Jandali gave me excellent information in terms of the surgeries, recovery. I am very happy with my results. I highly recommend him and his office in every aspect.
A DVT can occur during the surgery or after the surgery. There are risk factors in certain people that would increase a person’s chance of developing one. You are potentially at risk for about a month after surgery depending on the type of surgery, length of surgery, other medical issues, weight, and mobility after surgery. Certain medications can be given to high-risk patients to decrease the risk of formation of a DVT. Please consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon if you have any concerns.
From your photos, it appears that you have a significant amount of excess skin and are a candidate for a full tummy tuck. A mini tummy tuck would not address all of the skin and laxity. Please consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon to be evaluated.
An abdominoplasty alone has no connection with the vagina and should not affect vaginal laxity at all. Please consult with your OB/GYN if you have any vaginal concerns.
It appears you have some abdominal laxity of the muscles and minimal excess skin, especially since you’re only four weeks after giving birth. You should definitely wait to have surgery until at least six months after your C-section and wait until you are done breast-feeding, if you are. If the contour does not correct on its own, then you could be a candidate for a mini tummy tuck, where your C-section scar would be extended slightly on each side. The diastasis and muscle laxity could be corrected with this. Liposuction could be added where needed. Please consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon to be evaluated.
From the photos, it appears you are a good candidate for a tummy tuck with liposuction of your abdomen and flanks. This would definitely give more of an hourglass shape. Please consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon to be evaluated.
