Did I not have enough dysport injected or does it take longer to work for first timers?

4710
I had dysport injected for the first time (never have used Botox either) on Tuesday morning at 8:30 am. It’s now Sunday at 1:30 pm and I can still fully scrunch my face. No change at all. At first my skin felt tight and now it feels totally normal. I had it done for frown lines between my eyes and crows feet. I don’t know how many units were used but I believe it was only 1 syringe. Was it not enough to make a difference? Does it take longer for first timers to see results?
