Im on my 5th week post op, my wounds around my incision from alarplasty has not completely healed, some reason that sutures are coming out, also black heads and white heads, so my healing process could take a while and its making ugly scars, whats the best laser treatment would you recommend so my scars would not be visible. Without photos it is hard to advise you, however enlarging the nostril after it has been reduced is not easy.
I advise you to consult a certified plastic surgeon so they can advise you on your options.
An alar-plasty alone will only narrow the width of the nostrils. It will be best to remove the metal ring for at least a couple months after surgery on the the nose
