5.5 months post-op. Should I have remedial surgery for the nostrils & to make my tip more pointed & the trunk thinner? (Photos)

My rhinoplasty was to remove a hump and flattening/drooping of the nasal tip. It looks very good from the side although the nostrils are uneven and one side looks like it hasn't healed properly. Also the trunk is wide and the tip bulbous and rounded. It looks boy-ish and makes my features looks less feminine front on than pre-surgery. Should I have remedial surgery for the nostrils and to make my tip more pointed and the trunk thinner?
