My rhinoplasty was to remove a hump and flattening/drooping of the nasal tip. It looks very good from the side although the nostrils are uneven and one side looks like it hasn't healed properly. Also the trunk is wide and the tip bulbous and rounded. It looks boy-ish and makes my features looks less feminine front on than pre-surgery. Should I have remedial surgery for the nostrils and to make my tip more pointed and the trunk thinner?

I think your results are good. Be very careful seeking revisional surgery. It can come with a lot of risks and healing delays which can potentially make any results worse. If you decide to proceed with a revision. Ask your surgeon what percent chance they believe there is for healing complications. I hope that helps.
