I love Dr. Back! If you are looking for a "freshening up", then his Look Fabulous Now Lift is the thing for you. My procedure took about 2.5 hours, it was very gentle with NO general anesthesia, and I couldn't be happier. I followed all of his directions and restrictions exactly, and that made my recovery pretty easy. I did not have a lot of swelling - I did have a little bruising, but I took the vitamins and supplements that Dr. Back recommended, so it only lasted a few days. It is not a "pulled" or "too tight" look...it looks very natural. Dr. Back is a perfectionist, and I highly recommend him!

Here are my photos. The first one was taken the morning of surgery, and the second one was taken 2 days postop. I had a little bruising and swelling, but it quickly went away. Besides my jawline and neck looking defined, it also lifted my cheeks!

Wonderful experience with great results. Remember that everyone’s skin heals differently and that is out of surgeon’s control. If you follow his meticulous instructions you should have no problems. Take the supplements he says to take prior to surgery, hydrate afterwards , not water lol. Your results are partially your responsibility.

Dr. Back and staff are wonderful. I felt that my face looked sad and tired. I was so unhappy with the way I looked. Dr. Back transformed it to bright, young and happy. I would recommend the Look Fabulous Now Lift to anyone who feels the same! A huge THANK YOU to Dr. Back!!

I have never had any type of cosmetic surgery before or even looked into it until I found out that something could be done about the heavy lower stomach that I had been dealing with for years. More commonly known as FUPA, (Panniculectomy). From my first phone call to set up a consultation made me feel so comfortable with the staff. Although I had to get a second opinion, I chose to have Dr Lyle Back and his team to do my surgery. He was such a sweet, caring, personable, knowledgeable, and comical Doctor. They all treated me like I was family. Dr Lyle explained everything to me from pre-op to post-op. The procedure took about 3 hours and went really well. Believe it or not, the binder was the worst for me as I am only 5 foot tall and have a short torso. It was either irritating my incision or up too high against my breasts. But, the girls suggested I wear a tank top under the binder to help with all the irritation. That was perfect for me, and I complained less after that. I could see the difference in my stomach at 1 week post-op which was hard to believe it was me. I have been driving for 2 weeks and all my restrictions have been lifted at my 4 week post-op. It will take quite a few months for the swelling to be gone, but I am so happy already and am glad I had the courage to get this done for myself. I could have never asked for a better Dr and his staff to help me with this amazing opportunity.

I’ve been considering having a tummy tuck for years. I’m so glad I finally did it. Dr. Back made me feel comfortable from the start. He answered all of my questions and I could tell that he had so much knowledge and experience by his responses. He made me feel very calm going into the procedure and had a wonderful bedside manner afterwards. His professionalism was on display at all times throughout this process. He is a true artist! Dr Back is great and his staff treated me so nicely and kind. I got my procedure and was not prepared for the kind of pain I would endure. I followed all his instructions to have a speedy recovery but week 4 post op I got an infection with fluid leaking from both breast incisions areas. I called Dr Back immediately and he told me to come in right away. He took a sample of the fluid to get tested and prescribed me antibiotics and scheduled weekly follow up appointment until the infection went away. I am a month post op and have had no problems or pain or leaking. I am loving my new breast and enjoy buying new bras and shirts. I was a 38 C before surgery now I am 40 DD. My implant was 450cc. I would do it all over again.

Dr. Back is the man hands down!! You ask and he will deliver!! Based on my desired look, he educated me on the exact procedure I needed & his hands did magic! Doc is very knowledgeable, down to earth and confident in his work. He was born to do this! As this is my 2nd go round with cosmetic surgery (previous lipo 360 with a group in NY~horrible experience/bare minimum results; sadly, I was intrigued by IG postings which I now realized comes with a lot of edits) Long story short, round 1 was a complete loss of time, energy, & funds because I didn't do my proper research but circled back to Dr. Back for round 2 which was well worth the sacrifice!! He absolutely bodied me :). Services full circle from doc, his office staff and the facility were top tier. He is highly recommended. Look no further! He will not disappoint. You give him your expectations. He will give you the reality based on his expertise and follow through on it. Doc takes pride in his work & the results are a proven fact. This guy is the man - Only good things to say about the plastic surgeon Jedi that is Dr. Lyle Back. He genuinely cares about his patients and he is just a really cool, down-to earth guy who wants you to feel good about yourself. His staff is exceptional and they make you feel super comfortable and welcome when you are greeted at their office. His team is very responsive and polite... they pass no judgement and Dr. Lyle is super informative and detail-oriented. This man cares about his craft and is committed to making his patients feel happy because he takes pride in his work. When you set expectations with this man.... he will deliver and do so in the most pleasant way possible. 10/10 would recommend any day of the week over anyone. Thanks, Doc.

Greatest surgeon by far! Caring, kind and professional!
I recommend him to everyone I know. He did my nieces breasts and all of her friends as well. They are all in the medical field and choose to drive the distance just to have Dr. Back do any work they want done.
