After my pregnancy ( Typical story for most women) my breast were never the same as before. They became smaller, deflated and very low on my chest! Never liked how they looked and that effected how I viewed myself for a long time after giving birth and breastfeeding! I decided to go to Dr. John after extensive search for reviews and testimonies and they were plenty of them! So I made my decision. My breasts were swollen couple days after surgery that’s why they looked bigger but they came down a bit as the swelling went down but still the size I loved them to be and I hope they stay the same. Will update in couple weeks!
Well I finally did it! Happy 5th birthday to me ;) After many years hating my double chin on 10/25/22 I had chin lipo with a lower facelift and CO2 laser under eyes and around mouth. I am still recovering and waiting for more swelling to go down but just wow! I am so happy with the results so far….I have a neckline! My skin is still pink from the laser treatment but it looks FANTASTIC (at least in mine and my family’s bias opinion lol) a lot of the smokers wrinkles are gone and the skin under the eyes looks thicker. If you are thinking about doing any or all of these procedures, I highly recommend Dr Tyrone and his staff (everyone I met was thoughtful and helpful) at North Florida Plastic Surgery. As soon as you walk in they treat you like family and are there for you through the whole process.
I just had my explant surgery yesterday and even though I won't know the final results I feel very relieved already. I started breast augmentation when I was only 19 years old. I later opted for a smaller size in 2011, so the implants Dr. Tyrone removed are 9 years old (I'm 33 now). This year I decided to remove them completely because I just want to look natural again! Dr. Tyrone made sure I was aware of the possible results, and took care to remove the implants through an incision under my nipple to reduce further scarring, since both my implant surgeries had been conducted through the nipple. Updated on 8 Dec 2019: I feel relieved to have the implants out. The only side effect I feel right now is a really bad headache which I suspect is caused by the generic percocet I was given by my pharmacy for the pain. I did not have to have drains attached, so healing should be pretty simple. My left boob is a little deformed, but I am 100% certain that this is due to the work of the doctor who placed the implants. Updated on 19 Dec 2019: Three days ago, I returned to my doctor's office to have the stitches taken out (they were underneath the breasts). It didn't hurt at all to have them removed. The assistant recommended a scar gel to me called Silagen. I think it is working well. If you look at the close up photo, it might seem like the scars are dark but when I'm standing up normally, they really don't show so it doesn't bother me. I am feeling great about my results, I was a little worried at first about my left boob, but its looking a lot better already. I really like the way I look now! Also, I have not been having issues with my neck. I've had chronic neck pain for years, and removing the implants seems to have rapidly improved that problem!
My entire experience with Dr. Tyrone has been exceptional. On my first visit, he walked in and greated me and put me at peace. His entire staff are always smiling and upbeat. I had breast implant replacements. Mine were 26 years old and I was concerned that they might be leaking. Love the new ones, and they will not leak! Thank you so much, Dr. Tyrone.
I came to Dr. Tyrone's office for Coolsculpting a few months ago. Although incredibly active, I always struggled with excess belly fat. Diet nor exercise would help get rid of the pudge. Tierney, the coolsculpting tech, was incredibly professional and addressed all of my concerns. She took the time out to make a plan of action for treating the multiple areas I was interested in. My first treatment was completed during my lunch break and although you reach your full results in approximately 4 months, I started seeing results in less than 4 weeks! If I knew what I know now, I would have started coolsculpting a long time ago. I will definitely be back to see Tierney for my next treatment!
I’m a small girl 5 ft 114 pounds. I had love handles that wouldn’t budge. Did a consult and Tierney worked me in that day. My results are amazing they melted away. I started seeing results in 3 weeks but after the 3 months. No fat at all!!! Would highly recommend it!!This reviewer received a gift card from RealSelf in exchange for their review.
I workout 5 days per week and wanted to have a procedure to reduce my inner thigh fat without having a long recovery. CoolSculpting was the answer! Tierney (the Coolsculpting specialist) scheduled me within a few days on my initial consult and was so helpful and professional. The procedure took a little over an hour and my results are amazing. This is a great option for those stubborn areas of fat, I would highly recommend Dr. Tyrone and his staff.
I had a great experience with my coolsculpting treatment , I was nervous not knowing what to expect, Tierney was great, she made me feel comfortable, it was quick and easy with no down time, I even scheduled and had my second treatment, I recommend it to anyone!
I got to experience CoolSculpting on my flanks and I have noticeably less pinchable skin in this area! This is a hard area to work and the gym, seeing these results has really motivated me. Happy with my coolsculpting experience!
Let me begin by saying that I have known I wanted my boobs done since I was about 16 (I'm 23 now) and realizing that mine didn't look quite as nice as everybody else's. I kept waiting for them to round out and become less pointy, but unfortunately it never happened, and I was left feeling extremely self-conscious about them 24/7. I dreaded even showing them to my college boyfriend, let alone the few people who have seen me naked since then. I looked into getting a breast lift 2 years ago but decided it was too expensive, would diminish my chances of breast-feeding too much, and that I wasn't ready at the time. This summer, I finally decided to take the plunge so I did extensive research in my area (north central Florida) and found Dr. Tyrone in Gainesville. I decided I liked his before and after pictures best and went in for a consultation within the week. He confirmed that my breast were slightly tuberous and that I was right on the cusp of needing a lift, however he agreed that I should wait until after having kids to do so. He is extremely blunt and made sure not to get my hopes too high, reminding me that implants wouldn't completely correct my insecurities and low nipple position. I began with Bs and wanted Ds, but he said the highest I should go is a C so as not to test my luck and stay on the safe side. I booked my surgery that day for a month later but was feeling terrified about not liking my outcome already. I continued to look at before and after pictures (like those on this website) and reassured myself that this was the right choice. Surgery day: lots of excitement and nerves, but everyone on staff at Tyrone's office is so wonderful and kind. Dr. Tyrone marked me up and reminded me that he was not going to go too big so as not to send my boobs further down, and I agreed. I woke up later on as if I had taken a nap and felt quite drunk while the nurse was helping me get dressed. They used propofol which is a great sedation drug. I found out I received 360 (L) and 375 (R) ccs silicone natrelle implants. My mom drove me home and helped me into bed where I spent a majority of the next 4 days. I was wearing the surgical bra and an ace bandage on the top and bottom of my breasts. The next day, I could take off the ace bandage and do an inspection to ensure everything was as it should be. The staff called to check on me and answered all my paranoid questions. The recovery was pretty smooth overall. My feelings and emotions have been ALL over the place since the procedure but overall I am extremely happy. I am currently almost 5 weeks post-op and still waiting for some dropping and fluffing (I hope). I am massaging twice per day to encourage the lower pole to stretch and fill out, along with pushing them together and up. They look sooo fabulous (and quite natural I think) in clothes. I've been out with friends a few times and have gotten so many compliments. I know that they are not fully healed but the side views of my breasts are still strange to me. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that time and gravity will continue to ultimately give me the results I was looking for! Updated on 23 Sep 2019: I just had my 6 week follow up appointment and am feeling great. My right boob is pretty well settled while my left will require some more downward pushing :) you can see the difference in how high my left boob is sitting compared to the other but I’m sure they will even out nicely! My PS commented that they look very natural and gave me the OK to start running again as long as I make sure the girls are tightly secured to my chest. The emotional ups and downs are turning into just ups and I couldn’t be happier.
I recommend avoiding a surgical facelift while you are still young. The lips and chin are frequently treated with dermal fillers to create a more balanced side profile. After enhancing your lips and chin you may find that your nasal appearance feels more proportionate as well.
There are a few different treatments that may help address your concerns. Starting with a treatment like PRP micro-needling, micro-needling with exosomes, or RF micro-needling to address the laxity and then following with dermal fillers to help replace some of the volume loss in other areas can help prolong the need for a surgical facelift.
CoolSculpting is used to treat the upper back and bra fat area very frequently in men and women. For more information about CoolSculpting and the areas that are able to be treated.
There are no studies to show that fasting after CoolSculpting will improve results. To achieve best results your CoolSculpting provider should be doing a two-minute post-massage immediately after your treatment. The post-treatment massage is the only thing that has been studied to increase CoolSculpting results.
CoolSculpting can be used after liposuction to help reduce any leftover areas of stubborn fat. I would recommend reaching out to your plastic surgeon and asking if you're cleared to have the treatment done if you had the liposuction within the past year.
