I had an open rhinoplasty . about a week ago and my face and nose feel numb, but why does my cheeks feel very numb first it was the left side only but today the other side of my cheek is numb as well . When wil this numbness away?, when am I going to smile normally again? Also when could I be able to get braces in my teeth?

It looks like you have a form of 'open roof' on the dorsum of your nose, which could be amenable to either surgical or non-surgical correction. I would seek the advice of an experienced, specialist rhinoplasty surgeon in your area so that you can understand the best options in your case.
With a modified nasal tip plasty you can narrow your columella by reducing the space between your medial crura. Although not visible in these pictures you probably have a hanging columella which can also be elevated.
