What could I do to get a perkier butt? Lipo?

Question

I like the natural shape I have of my butt. but minor problems I think I might have hip dips and most of all the side profile of my butt, it's not lifted it looks almost like it's saggy. I don't want to add more fat to my butt , just maybe a procedure to mimic the look of it being perky, would lipo on the crease do the job?? I don't know if her butt is real in my wish pic I just really like how it's so much lifted .

In your specific case, I would suggest buttock contour liposuction. This would consist of removing fat around the buttock to achieve more buttock definition. Since you do not want more buttock volume, you do not need fat added to the buttock. Therefore, I would sculpt the buttock instead. This would be achieved by removing excess fat around the perimeter of the buttock to achieve buttock protection. Buttock liposuction is typically performed as an outpatient procedure and in your case would take about 2 hours. Please seek a board-certified plastic surgeon. Well in short, if you want the perky butt of your wish pic, which agreeably looks great, then that would be a buttock implant.  Additionally, if you are wanting more curvaceous hips then, likewise, the only  relatively safe, reliable, and permanent option would be cosmetic hip implants. Whatever you do, do not allow anybody to talk to you into liposuction in and around your butt area...it will only make things worse and/or cause irreversible banana roll type complications.  Glad to help

After analysing your case, I can say you dont need a surgery at all.. just exercise to improve the look of your butt. Your wish pic looks like has implants which I dont recommend and also you dont need.
It is important that you communicate to your board-certified plastic surgeon what are expecting, to make certain that your goals are realistic. It's helpful to show pictures of results you'd like, but please keep in mind that these are other people and your body is different from everybody.
l recommend you to just stay away from surgeons. You have a beautiful buttock and dont need a surgery.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks and hips should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

I would leave things alone.  Chasing the correction of "minor" issues can often create major problems.  Try building your gluteus Maximus muscle.  That will help.  Wish pic #2 is clearly someone who does that.  Stay away from plastic surgeons until its actually necessary.

Finesse liposuction can remove small areas of fat from the lower back, lateral thigh and posterior thigh to accentuate the silhouette of the buttock.  In addition, fat can be transferred to the central buttock to improve overall shape and projection.  If donor sites are not available for fat transfer to the buttock, synthetic fillers can be used to accentuate the overall shape.  In addition, gluteal exercises should be routinely performed to maximize the aesthetics of the buttock.

Your bottom is textbook perfect and you should resist the temptation to have Liposuction.You take the risk of being unhappy with the outcome. Liposuction of the butt crease or “banana roll” area should be avoided.
