I had a bbl done last year and my butt tho it is round and full it sags towards the middle of my thigh. Instead of having this nice bubble appearance from the back it looks long and flat now. My butt has a lot of volume and side projection but from the back it looks saggy and I hate it. Do I need a circular lift to fix or do I need a actual butt lift? I have inserted a picture of what my butt looks like this is not me but mine is shaped just like this.
