I had a full tummy tuck 7 months ago. I am very happy with the results but I have tightness feeling in my lower stomach. It is worse after I exercise. Also when I wake up in the morning from laying flat to a sitting position I have soarness, especially near belly button. Is this normal after 7 months ?

Answer: I had a full tummy tuck 7 months ago, but still have lower stomach tightness - is this normal? This sensation is normal. Muscle repair with tummy tuck causes the tight feeling and may last for quite some time. It does tend to normalize eventually.
