Would a tummy tuck and muscle repair improve ab strength and functionality after having children? (photo)

saywhat420
After the birth of a large baby 6 years ago, my abs have been separated. I have been unable to strengthen my abs or engage my core (TVA). I have done physical therapy multiple times with no improvement. My gap isn't large but it is deep. My stomach feels pregnant and loose even though I am thin, and my back always hurts. Would a TT with muscle repair improve ab functionality and strength?
