My nose is quite small, flat, and my bridge is almost non-existent. What kind of procedures can I do to improve it? (Photos)

From your photos, you appear to be a great candidate for rhinoplasty. The best thing to do would be to see an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon that has computer imaging. This will show you different possiblities so you can decide whether you like the bridge built up or not. Your nasal bridge is somewhat washed out, so building it up will probably look nice.

From the photographs which don't supply adequate information it looks as though the dorsum of the nose would benefit aesthetically from augmentation. This can be done with septal cartilage or a synthetic. It looks as though the tip has poor support and a septal strut might be indicated. Finally if the nose is to upturned it might require some modest lengthening which can be accomplished with a dorsal graft. Video imaging would be a great way to determine your aesthetic goals and plan a workable operation.

Augmentation of nose like yours is very challenging! It can be done with silicone implant (to increase height and length of the nose) or with cartilage grafts (rib usually), what is our preference. Beside elevating and lengthening the nose, it will include tip shaping and adjustment of nose base (nostrils) width. Other option would be to do routine rhinoplasty which will improve your tip and nose base but will not change length and height of the nose, which you seem to desire? In person consultation with a true expert in rhinoplasty to discuss your goals and options is recommended. Good luck.

You have a flat nasal bridge, a bulbous tip and alar flaring. You will benefit from nasal tip refinement and augmentation of your nasal bridge using cartilage grafting. My best advice is that you discuss your concerns and aesthetic goals with a board-certified plastic surgeon with extensive experience in performing rhinoplasty. I would ask to see before and after pictures of their real patients. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty which can be performed by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. You may also benefit from dorsal augmentation with diced cartilage wrapped in fascia (DCF).  Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and not just a computer animation system.  You should be able to view numerous pictures of actual patients with noses similar to yours performed by your surgeon.  If you cannot find enough real before and after pictures, then consider continuing your search for a surgeon. Thank you for your question. The best advise you could get from the physical examination by an experienced plastic surgeon. There is always a limit how much a nose can be changed safely without compromising the functional issues. You are a very good candidate for a rhinoplasty. Your tip must be reshaped, narrowed and lifted, and your bridge can be raised using your own diced cartilages. Look at before and after pictures of similar cases as yours so you can have realistic expectations of your results.

From your photos, you have a lovely nose. However, you wish a change... I note a broad low nasal bridge which appears midline. The nasal tip is rounded and amorphous. Without a lateral view I cannot judge nasal bridge height or the angle from upper lip to nasal columella. This represents a typical Asian nose. 
You appear to be an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty. If the lack of bridge height is minimal to moderate, narrowing the base will elevate the bridge. If the lack of height is more significant, a cartilage or bone graft may be required.  Catriona Gray's nasal bridge is quite prominent (graft most likely required to achieve). Tip definition can be improved by trimming the "overgrown" tip and supratip cartilages. 
Visit a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in Asian rhinoplasty.
