What exfoliating toners, or even toners in general, are okay to use after a rhinoplasty to combat blackheads?

Hello,Thank you for your question. In my practice, fillers should be dissolved the latest one week before the surgery and if needed totally dissolved by touch ups in order not to misguide during the surgery. Follow up your plastic surgeons recommendations. Best Regards 

Removal of a dorsal hump leads to widening of someone's nasal appearance on front view, since the nasal bridge may be likened to an A-Frame roof. Osteotomies are typically necessary to narrow the nose after hump removal to "close the open-roof deformity". Hope this helps. Dr Joseph
